The communication and aftercare when things go wrong is absolutely abysmal. I ordered £3k of bike and accessories. One of the components was due in a couple of weeks, the rest was in stock. I received an email that my bike build had been booked in and was given a delivery date for my bike. The delivery date came and went. No communication at all. I contacted Sigma to be told that the component had been delayed. Only because I chased was the rest of my order sent. A couple of months passed by. No communication at all. I contacted Sigma only to be told that the component had been delayed further - by a whole year. The delay might not be their fault, but the lack of communication is. Because I ordered on the cycle to work scheme a refund was not possible. And instead was told I had £379 store credit. In the meantime I'd made an order for cash so asked if they'd be able to refund and apply some of my store credit. I was told that someone would contact me to discuss. After a couple of weeks I chased Sigma (again!) to find out how to use my £379 credit as no one contacted me. And I was told that no, they couldn't apply the store credit to my previous order. So I've been messed around, ignored, and have had nothing constructive offered to help with the situation. All I have is store credit to buy some stuff that I don't really need or want. I've been given a hollow apology - but actions speak louder than words. When things go wrong, how a company responds can make the difference between customer loyalty and never using that company again. I will not be recommending Sigma Sports to my cycling friends.

After a week or more without any movement i contacted them and they was looking into it for another 2 weeks without any replied. Than i contacted them in chat and they told its lost and asked what i want reship or refund. I said reship and 5 days later contacted again them and they wasnt aware about reship and said will contact me again. And they just refunded me in the end instead of reship without asking. Its just worst customer support ever. You need to wait weeks to get an update and still end up in nothing

I was knocked off my push bike at the beginning of August as as well as breaking my shoulder (for the second time), ended up with a lot of damage to my road bike. Anyway, dropped the bike into here to get repaired and despite the fact that the bike wasn't bought here they gave it first class attention. Ordered in parts where necessary and fixed it too look almost new.

A quick response and a very friendly mail later they shipped a frame all went well. During the next year I have had several support question as the full-Suspension was new territory to me. but every time they where quick to respond and very informative. Right now I have the Suspension in for a Full-Service and with the help I received and the knowledge Bromley has displayed in the field of Mountain Bikes it was a easy choice to send the Suspension to them and let them handle the service. The staff here are passionate about cycling as a sport and probably have been since the day they first sat on a tricycle. As well as having a huge range of mountain, racing and all kinds of bikes, they are immensely knowledgeable and good at repair jobs. On the downside, it is often quite difficult to get served you really do have to fight for their attention. Be prepared for a bit of cockney banter and you can even haggle down the price on occasions. This is nothing like shopping at Evans Bike Superstore, but so much more of a personal and interesting experience.

It arrived in one day. Their prices are very good, they don't charge for shipping, and they ship unbelievably quickly. I haven't been there in person, but if they are as friendly and responsive in shop as they are by email it'd be worth the hour and a half train ride from where I am now.

It was meant to be ready on Friday but I couldn't collect as I was off work. You think they'd have it ready three days later! Having been advised it would 'just take five minutes' I was still waiting ten minutes later. This is the second time in a row this branch have made me wait while they repair my bike, despite coming back for collection. Last time they rushed the repair and I had to bring it back two more times to be done again. What's the betting they rush this repair and I break down on the way home? Next time I'll be using The London Bicycle Company round the corner - they're a professional organisation. Further to my last review - to top it all off after they rushed my bike repair on the spot I pointed out to Evans Waterloo that this is when mistakes happen - queue - a problem with my gears on the way home; what a surprise! They had messed up the gears when replacing the back wheel inner tube and I was missing a gear. They made such a mess of re-repairing my bike last time I just got my husband to fix it this time. On my first interaction with Evans I really felt they couldn't organize a children's tea party let alone repair a bike. The only reason I returned this time was because I have an injured ankle and I couldn't walk far enough with a flat tire to get to the London Bicycle Company. This time Evans Waterloo really excelled themselves proving that they can't even repair a flat tire - nice work guys. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP - they're utter amateurs.

Whenever I've been in here it has always been busy, but the staff are very helpful when you get to speak with them, and are never in a rush to get rid of you and serve the next person. They finish with you when you are good and ready. The store is well laid out and there is room for wheeling in your bike.
