I went in there desperate & hoping I'd have good luck, and I did. I was greeted by Tyler and another gentleman at the front desk who I explained my situation to. They got me right in, replaced the brakes, calipers and rotors all the way around the car. These guys were amazing & professional. On top of the already heavy work load they already had, they got me right in, took care of all of my problems and also inspected my vehicle. I can't even tell you how much I appreciate the work they di as well as their amazing all around customer service. This is a model of how all customer service should be. Thank you Warren Tire for taking care of me. I Highly recommend going here for your automotive needs.

I have had a problem finding a tire center that mounts tires, without scratching and marring the surface of the wheels. I have expensive alloy wheels on cars. When I went into the shop, I met Kyle, who came out to the car and actually helped me bring wheels into the shop. He took the time to address my concerns, and to explain why the damage was happening at other shops. It was the type of mounting equipment that they were using, and that what they use would prevent this from happening. I dropped them off and had a call that they were done within a half hour. I went to pick them up and as promised, no issues with damage to the wheels. I finally found a place that I look forward to returning to. The shop is brand new, clean and inviting. Kyle was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He helped me load everything in my car (kept the old tires). Great experience all around. I will be back. Thank you.

I am a young women who relies on shops like Monro Muffler in Clifton Park to perform accurate…read morediagnostics. I went here on July 30th with concerns about my car having trouble starting. I expected a proper diagnostic to confirm the issue before any work was done. Shortly thereafter, The mechanic confirmed that it was the starter, but it would cost nearly $900. That is half a months salary for a young person like me, but I felt I had little choice. After the repair, the same problems starting my car persisted. When I returned, the mechanic checked my car again and admitted that the real problem was actually a corroded battery, and acknowledged that the original diagnostic was not done properly. I asked for a refund since they had misdiagnosed the issue and charged me for a repair that didn't address the actual problem. At first, the mechanic who made the error was willing to take responsibility and refund me, but later the shop backtracked and offered a free battery instead, which nowhere near offset the cost of the starter. Monro's side of the story started out apologetic and offering to work with me (everyone makes mistakes and those that own up should be given a second chance was my thinking). However, with each altering version of Monro's side, it sounded more more defensive and "it is your fault", adding salt to the wound. They even tried to place the blame on me for "suggesting" that it could be the starter--despite it being their responsibility as professionals to diagnose the problem properly. This experience was incredibly frustrating. I paid nearly $900 for a repair I didn't need and was left with the original issue unresolved. At the end of the day, it is a mechanic's job to diagnose the problem, not the customer's. I can't recommend this shop and would strongly suggest an alternative shop particularly if you not knowledgeable in automotives and rely on the accurate diagnostics / professionals service of the mechanics.

Couldn't choose no stars or I would have…read more I was having brake issues, so I posted on a neighborhood page in FB to see if anyone could recommend a local garage that was reasonable (the dealer wanted $1000). I got several recommendations, but I also got a message from a guy who seemed sympathetic and said that $1000 was way too much. He told me he had a garage and could do the work right away. That should have been a sign. I talked to him on the phone, and we talked details of the job. Bottom line was that it would be between $200 and $300 if I didn't need rotors. I wasn't feeling any vibration, it was just rubbing, so I figured I wouldn't need rotors. He was reasonable on the prices he quoted for pads, so I figured he'd be reasonable if I needed rotors too. When his mechanic looked at the brakes, he said I only needed 2 rotors. Good news. I figured it would be another $150 for the rotors. When the job was finished, I was presented with a bill for almost $700. The owner wasn't there, so I had to pay to leave. I contacted him to let him know that I wasn't happy. He said that I must have misunderstood the prices he quoted. I pointed out that if he had replaced all the rotors (like the dealer was going to do) and used OEM parts (like the dealer was going to do) his bill would have been over $1000, which he had originally agreed was way too much. Meanwhile, I had to have new tires installed and the tire company had to replace all of the lug nuts on my car (at a cost of $200) because the mechanic who did the brakes had not put the lug nuts back on properly. You need to use a torque wrench, which the owner said was used. (I was sitting outside the garage while the work was being done and the mechanic was using a regular impact gun.) He also said that the lug nut problem was caused by the tire company not knowing how to remove them properly. After a couple of conversations with the owner, it was obvious he wasn't going to accept any responsibility for any of the issues he and his mechanic caused. He offered me a free oil change. No way will I trust this garage to do any work on my car!
