Would she have said that to a group of 5 adults walking in at 6:53... or did she have no issue turning them away because they were kids? If business hours end at 6:53pm, then the business should post that... Instead, this business clearly advertises closing at 7pm. We certainly won't patronize this business again. I would be furious if this was my business and my employee turned away customers who wanted to support my small business by putting a smile on a few kids' faces. City folks ought to temper their expectations. This is a small town bakery on a quaint main street, and inside, space is tight. There isn't any seating space, and if two or more groups of customers come in simultaneously, the rest of the queue has to wait outside the door.
