I needed 1-36 " filler and 1-18" filler, the person at the cabinet desk ordered 3-30" fillers and 2- 8' fillers what they were for is beyond me. 2 of the 30" fillers were cherry and the other 3 were oak, my cabinets are oak. I ordered 2 pieces of trim for the bottom edge of the upper cabinets, i did not get them they had to be reordered and then they charged me 500.00 for the 2 pieces. I had to wait another 5 weeks to get the trim. When I went to install the trim I found 1 of the upper cabinets was out of square. I had to use a car jack to square it up. Absolutely the worst cabinets I have ever installed and the worst cabinet person. (I am a builder, Master plumber, Heating contractor and Boiler contractor, I have been in the construction trades for 43 years)

Then I received an email saying 8-1. They showed up at 1:15. I just got out of the hospital and needed my son to assist me at medical appointments. I called them twice during the day to just be told they are out for delivery. When the driver finally showed up he tells me was to be here early but his equipment got stuck in the mud. Extremely poor customer service. That information soul's be relayed to the customer. My son could have provided assistance to me at my medical appointments instead of waiting around from 8-1. The managers could have cared less. They just lost a long time customer who just spent almost 3k on this order.

We then proceed to customer and the customer service person said , they did a inventory the day before and they had 124-bags on hand. They are giving a 15% rebate on sales. They have no clue of the word "Service" and could care less. The reason why l gave 1-star is because of the women at Warren location, to at least check to see where, stock inventory was supposed to be, also, Mennards does not honor "Veteran's" with discounts. Back to Home Depot, what were we thinking to want to save money, not worth the aggravation.
