I needed 1-36 " filler and 1-18" filler, the person at the cabinet desk ordered 3-30" fillers and 2- 8' fillers what they were for is beyond me. 2 of the 30" fillers were cherry and the other 3 were oak, my cabinets are oak. I ordered 2 pieces of trim for the bottom edge of the upper cabinets, i did not get them they had to be reordered and then they charged me 500.00 for the 2 pieces. I had to wait another 5 weeks to get the trim. When I went to install the trim I found 1 of the upper cabinets was out of square. I had to use a car jack to square it up. Absolutely the worst cabinets I have ever installed and the worst cabinet person. (I am a builder, Master plumber, Heating contractor and Boiler contractor, I have been in the construction trades for 43 years)

When I returned home however I realized it was going to be too thick. I called Orion Stone and mentioned how impressed I was with the young mans service and could he check ans see if they had anything thinner. The receptionist was more interested in telling me my purchase was nonrefundable then helping me find a new piece. No one mentioned there were no returns, and the stone never left the back of my truck!! The receptionist went on to say I should have looked at my receipt. Really? I am replacing the entire pool area which will probably be around $4 ,000.00 just for the stone. Do you think I will consider the Orion Stone Depot?? Eek ! Methinks not.
