I had cabinets installed I think in 2020, now I want to modify the floor plan just a little, I called a new company in the area to remove a part of the cabinets and to add a island and he said that I have to get all new counter tops and back splash, I said nooooo because when I got my new cabinets, Diamond took my countertops off and reinstalled them (btw they were very professional), he said nooooo way, I pulled my pictures up on my phone and he said they did a PERFECT JOB, he said, Wow I'll be honest I would call them back because I just don't know how they did this lol. He said I can do your floors but call John at Diamond he is a great guy and he knows his stuff. With that being said I will allow the man to do my floors because he was honest and he uplifted Mr. John at Diamond's, he said his work was unbelievable until I showed him the pictures (I knew he thought I was fibbing lol) Anywho, I love when people are honest and know their speciality and tell you what they can and cannot do, instead of trying to do it and mess it up! Horrible communication and ownership. They switched granite slabs on us and didn't tell us. Had they told us what we picked out didn't dimensionally work and to come back in to lay out what would work we would have located the sink in the area we didn't like. Instead we get to look at a countertop we didn't choose and dont like. We were reluctantly offered 200$ off a 3500$ slab of granite. Gee thanks. read more

Very disappointed with Diamond Granite. The granite is nice, however, the installers damaged my walls in several places. I have called them 4 times in the last 3 weeks to have someone come out to repair my newly renovated walls but no one has gotten back with me. This entire process has been an absolute nightmare with these folks! They have not returned calls and when we finally had our install date set up, they told us (the day before install) that we didn't pick our slab and they removed us from the schedule! They alleged that they attempted 'all last week' to contact myself as well as my designer yet neither of us received any calls or voicemails. During this, frustrated and angry, they refused to do the job and to 'have another fabricator do the job for us!' Unprofessional, no empathy as to why we were upset and didn't seem to care, just refused to help us further. I would ABSOLUTELY stay far away from this place! read more

Went to diamond granite warehouse and was very impressed by the selection. Lots to offer for your new home. As I can see from other homes that have been done by my builder their work seems to be decent. However, as we finalize the granite choices for our new home the prices that were discussed with John the owner at diamond granite are not the same as what we are being expected to pay. Come to find out all the choices that we were told were standard and were from the remnant rack were increased. Despite having it in writing and discussing it with the owner and having numerous witnesses of his statements he will not honor his agreement. Therefore even though they have a great selection the owner is very unprofessional. read more

My granite counter was installed By Diamond Granite, day one after we got it, we noticed that stone was absorbing water and turned to a darker color. I called the company about it and they sent their worker to reseal it by using a disposable cloth dampened with Stonetech sealer which is not the proper technique per the company's website. I called them so may times and emailed them pictures and was I told John ( the manager) will come to take a look at it but until now they haven't done anything about it. My experience with this company is highly frustrating and won't recommend to somebody else,when they get your money they are not responsible for anything anymore. I even wrote and called Lafata Cabinet who subcontracted the installation to them but they just totally ignore me. read more

We had Diamond Granite install our quartz counter tops a few years ago. The owner was very personable when he was selling us the quartz but now that we have problems with our counter tops, he has no interest in us!!!!! I have contacted the fabricator of the stone and they have allowed us a claim to replace the quartz at no charge but I have tried to contact Diamond Granite for over a year to arrange for them to install but John the owner will not return my call and in fact when I did get a chance to talk with him, all he did was scream at me. I told him we were willing to pay for the installation but he was no interested. I agree with the other reviewer that he was very willing to take our money (so nice and sweet) but now that we have an issue he doesn't care at all!!!! Would never recommend this company to anyone. Will not stand behind their product!!!! Just interested in the almighty dollar!! read more

Very disappointed. We selected a granite remnant and were told they would call us to set up a measurement date. Waited two weeks...no call. We called and they set a date to measure. They never showed and never returned our call. Won't go there again. read more
