A special thank you to Adriana, who went above and beyond when we called asking if there would be any way to watch Game 5 of the Knicks playoff run. Rather than giving us a simple yes or no, she took the time to look into it and ultimately arranged to have a TV brought onboard so guests could watch the game during the cruise. That level of customer care is rare and truly made the night memorable. The cruise itself was smooth and enjoyable, with beautiful views, a fun atmosphere, and decent food and drinks. It was an hour and a half. The bus arrived and we had to wait another 45 minutes before the bus moved. Arriving at the harbor we were told to wait out in the hot sun for another hour before boarding the boat. Some people just walked off totally disgusted. The experience was a nightmare! Don't waste your money. The staff would not answer questions. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they didn't know who the manger was; just another lie.
