Came here on a whim Thursday night (we were starving and craving burgers) and I'm so happy we finally tried this place out. First off, the interior has a really modern aesthetic--set up is open, warm, and inviting with ample seating. Also, the workers that greeted us were super friendly and helpful. We ordered 3 of the hot chick burgers and their fries. We ate them right away in the car and WOW. In terms of flavor, this is the best halal chicken burger I've had in a minute; reminded me of shake shack in terms of burger presentation (Halalbee's as a shroom burger as well, made of Portobello.) The fries (taste wise) reminded me of an upgraded version of McDonald's (in the best possible way) but the texture was super crispy--no greasiness. I was planning on being critical with my review, but I want it to reflect how impressed I was with this place. I hope the quality remains just as good, and I'll definitely be back soon. Awesome burger place at the border of Jamaica Estates! Cosy and clean interior, good presentation, tasty food. Their chicken nuggets are to die for and of course burgers are super tasty as well. Definitely recommend for a quick bite on the spot. read more

I had high hopes with this place due to everyone raving about it when it first opened. To my disappointment, the chicken sandwich was mediocre and tasted like something I could buy from McDonalds for cheaper. The panko nuggets did not taste that good and I felt like it was lacking in flavor. Not sure if I would go back again. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting Halalbees today and it was great. Service was quick and the restaurant was very clean. One of the workers even came by to clean off the table again to make sure it was clean. The people working were super friendly and the food looked great! We ordered the hot chick and stuffed burger. Both tasted fantastic!! The hot chick was just spicy enough to give it a kick and it was super juicy and crispy on the outside. My only comments were that most of the tables were a bit wobbly, and also the burger was *slightly* more cooked than I would have liked. I think if it had been cooked a little less it would have been a little more juicy. The veggies in the burgers were very fresh and the buns were fresh and tasted amazing!! I ordered a lunatic meal through DoorDash . They did not include my drink that came with the meal despite me calling and reminding them to do so. Once the order was delivered I called them to let them know that they forgot the drink and then they had the audacity to blame the poor dasher for stealing the drink and were like "yea they've been doing this a lot lately. You'll have to call door dash for your refund".Pathetic. I asked the dasher about it and she even called the store her self to confront them and let them know that no drink was given when she had picked up the food.Really disappointed in the poor customer service or shall I say the lies they tell. I understand you're not getting paid as much through door dash for each order but willingly not giving a complete order and then pretending like the dasher stole it just to save a dollar or two on the drink is not how to do business. That being said I enjoyed the food but the poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be going back. read more

Was recommended this place by a friend and was so glad I had a chance to stop by. I picked up food for breaking my fast and even though it was a few hours old, it tasted amazing. Ordered different types of burgers, fries and nuggets and everything was great. I only wish I could have tried the shakes and pickles but that will be next time which will definitely be soon. Decently priced and tasty. I ordered through Uber eats and despite the 20 min wait, burgers still tasted good and bun wasn't soggy. It's an added plus knowing the beef is grass-fed. I will definitely be ordering again. read more

After reading these glowing reviews, we had to go try this new Burger joint. We had the Original Burger, Hot Chick sandwich, truffle fries, and the Vanilla Sky milkshake. All of it was very tasty. This was one of my better halal burger experiences. I got the double and some truffle fries they were pretty good. Customer service was impeccable and the wait time wasn't that long. 5 stars is simply not enough! The burgers here are not like any other burger you'll find at your typical halal burger joints. The meat is juicy, perfectly cooked, and flavorful. The fries were just as amazing, but just a warning- the fries are cooked in peanut oil for those with nut allergies. The staff is really friendly, frequently checking up on you to make sure you're happy with your order. The only negative I can think of is the seating. There isn't too much seating available and they should probably utilize some of the empty space with more tables. But other than that, I'm beyond impressed with this restaurant. This is officially where I'll be getting my burgers from now on! read more

Food was very good. Freshly made. Great variety of burgers. I had the Triple Bee burger with bacon, blue cheese, lettuce and tomato. Yummy! There were four other people with me. Absolutely loved everything about this place. The decor is spot on, the bathroom is super clean (which in my opinion, is a hint to how clean everything else is) and the food is the cherry on the top! Ever since this pandemic started I've been craving a really good burger for the longest, and at Halalbees I felt like I didn't get that. First off, for the price the food was not worth it. We ordered 4 burgers: 2 original, 1 hot chick, 1 stuffed, and 1 12 piece chicken nuggets. First off, I was surprised with how small the burgers were, paid around 6 dollars per burger and they were significantly smaller than my hand. The patties were thin and there was barely any sauce on my burgers. My girlfriend says that the hot chick was great, I had a bite and it taste pretty good and had a decent amount of sauce and had a good kick to it. The stuffed burger was very underwhelming, lacked flavor and the meat was just okay. I've had better burgers at places (not fast food) for 4 dollars and tasted so much better. The original burger (cheaper than the stuffed) tasted better. The chicken nuggets were good, but some parts had a lot of bread crumbs on it and were tough to bite into because of it. I was looking forward to this place for the good reviews and pictures of juicy thick burger patties but was VERY let down. I don't know if it was because I ordered it for pick up during the pandemic so their skimping out on the food or what but I was so disappointed. Semi expensive for mediocre burgers.
