Randomly stopped here for lunch after a visit to the Doctor. The food here is pretty pricey but made very well so it's worth the cost you pay for. The double Cheeseburger I had tasted good but definitely a bit on the greasy side, extra napkins are needed to eat that burger. I had Onion rings and they were prepared very well. Had some grape soda to quench my thirst and a Salted Caramel Shake. The shake was fine, normally shakes stand out very well for me but I wasn't really astounded by the flavor, maybe I could've opted for a chocolate one. Service was very courteous and there was a lot of space to eat in so a very comfortable area to relax and eat in.

Here in Queens visiting from California this week. Back home, In-N-Out burger is the king of burger restaurants. But I must honestly say, Halalbee's burgers beats them, hands down. The burger is absolutely delicious, the toppings are fresh and tasty, the bun is warm and toasty. And the fries, those are really good too. I highly recommend the Oklahoma burger, because nothing beats caramelized onions on top of a juicy burger pattie. And let's not forget about the welcoming and friendly owners and staff. Faz treated me like I was an old friend walking in and made solid recommendations for what I should get. Let's not forget about how clean the restaurant and the bathroom is. A clean bathroom is my sign for whether or not an establishment cares about their customers. It's apparent that they care a lot. I highly recommend checking out Halalbee's for your next family meal. Honestly, don't waste your money on big chains like Shake Shack. Support a local business, that has a goal of serving the community. I'll be back to try another burger and one of their milkshakes tomorrow.

Even though I wanted to try this for a while I was expecting to be disappointed and guess what I was not! Not ideal area for parking but you'll find something. We walked in and the cashier was ready to help right away. It's well lit on the inside and plenty of seating. The grilled chicken was good as well as the fries. THAT SHAKE THO! Had me doing a little dance just put it like this that's ice cream the real thing not like the water down extra ice milkshakes made in most places. Will return!

Halalbee's is really good and quite frankly always will be. The quality is A1 whether it's the burgers, chicken sandwiches, or anything else. I tried their "naga wings" the other days which is inspired by the Bengali chili "naga morich." Rest assured, it is not for the faint of the heart! But was it good and worth it? Absolutely and I'll be back.

I was craving for burgers when I was in the neighborhood and Halabee's popped up with great reviews so I decided to give it a try. The decor is simple, clean and bright with limited indoor seating, but there wasn't many people dining in, so it was easy to get a table. The staff was cool with no smile but served everything quickly. There are only 10 kinds of burgers with some sides available on their menu and I had a single order of Stuffed burger with fried egg as add-on. The portion was really good with reasonable price. The burger was overall fresh & delicious, especially the juicy patties with appetizing sauce and the cheese filling was also satisfying.

Nice establishment the fries were really good lightly salted and fresh. I thought the hit chicken sandwich would've been alil more spicy but it wasn't. The chicken itself seemed a bit overcooked on the outside a bit but fresh on the inside. If you're looking for a quick bite something fresher than a fast food chain I'd recommend. The service was friendly and informative. And the joint was a typical burger joint style.

One of my coworkers was raving about this place & decided that all of us in the office have to try it! We called & placed our order - I ordered the original meal which came with fries & a drink. The food was delicious!! A lot of my coworkers got the "hot chick" and also enjoyed it! The fries were crispy - fresh & how can I forget the milkshake! I also got to try some of the truffle fries which exceeded my expectations! The prices are reasonable & I will definitely be back & try the indoor dining! (FYI if you love spicy, get the "ghost sauce")

Finally got a chance to check this place out. The restaurant is a bit smaller than I expected but maybe it seemed so since it was packed out. I got the Double Decker with Bacon paired with the Truffle Fries. The burger was very tasty, the maple bacon had a very distinct flavor, and I was very pleasantly surprised with the pricing. It was so cheap!! Was kinda bummed they ran out of chocolate ice cream for the shakes but the waiter made me a chocolate shake with chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream. All of the team members and servers there are patient and very well mannered. Definitely recommend stopping in!! read more

We got the Oklahoma and the lunatic with onion rings and fries. The meat patty was a good size and juicy but it was not seasoned and tasted super bland. The burger definitely need more Halalbee's sauce on it. Clean friendly environment. read more

Trust me when I say everything is AMAZING. Their burgers are great and they definitely don't skimp you on chicken in the hot chick sandwich. Their panko chicken nuggets are so crunchy on the outside, yet tender and soft inside. Not to mention, you see actual chicken when you bite into the nuggets, not just breading. The sweet potato fries are perfectly crispy outside and the inside is soft. I can't think of anything to criticize them on at all. I suppose parking can be difficult to find close by, but I've never had an issue. I would've posted pictures but I inhaled everything before I could. read more

Background: What used to be a Crown Fried Chicken always packed with rowdy middle school children is now a nice local burger spot in Hollis, Queens as of late 2018. Clean dining space and polite staff which is great. The aesthetic of the venue is welcoming. Neat display of their logo. Their menu is on a large board which can be clearly read. Food: Everything is made fresh as they are ordered and you can see what's happening in the open kitchen. Nothing sits in any display warmer of any kind. I like spice so my go-to order is the Lunatic burger. The beef is juicy, good portion and it's not messy. The Lunatic is NOT as spicy as it should be. I personally don't like specialty fries so I just go with their regular cut and it's always the right amount of salt. These fries are always quality cut and I never get little bits that are burnt or look like they were scooped from the bottom of the fryer. Include a tasty milkshake to complete America's favorite meal. Pricing: An order consisting of a burger, regular fries and a chocolate milkshake came out a couple bucks short of $20. Specialty burgers range around $7-$9 alone. I don't mind paying this much because of the quality, care and service all around. Improvements since first time and now: First time I came here I ordered a milkshake and it was served to me in a styrofoam cup and was only filled halfway. I tried again a couple weeks later and now it's in a clear plastic cup filled all the way with whip on top. I appreciate them for listening to their customers! Miscellaneous facts: -No parking lot, Street only. It is next to a middle school. -They have a point system if you enter your phone number at the counter when paying -I didn't notice any meal options, everything is ordered individually. I never give 5-stars because there's always space for improvement, new ideas, and engagements with your loyal customers. Halalbee's you're going to be a gem to the neighborhood if you play your cards right and the longer you're here! read more

the one I go to is honestly kinda slow buts it's alr ig bc the food comes out good. The popcorn chicken is really nice, overall one of the best places for a Muslim to eat at. Their truffle fries, I personally don't see much of a difference when compared to their regular fries but whateves. I LOVE the Oklahoma burger the sauce on it along w the cheese is so good, but for an adult audience, esp if they're brown, just get the hot chicken burger. Beware of going to eat at this place around 3pm on schooldays, as there's a middle school right next to it and they're the worst. read more

Got a variety of burgers: Lunatic (beef), Hot Chick (chicken), & Porto' Bee (mushroom) from @halalbees My favorite was the Lunatic Burger, spicy and packed with lots of topping; lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, beef bacon, cheese, and most importantly, sauce! All a must try, even though they are a bit small (similar in size to one from Shake Shack). Next time I'll be trying more burgers from their menu along with their milkshakes. read more

First time coming here and I will definitely be coming back. I don't usually write reviews but when the service is top notch, I gotta let other people know. Went 30 minutes before closing and tbh was a bit afraid the food won't be as fresh. I was totally wrong. Came with my friends and they loved it too. Had the lunatic burger, double decker, truffle fries and sweet fries. The burgers were very juicy and so so tasty. Plan on trying all the burgers on their list. Not a fan of sweet fries but their sweet fries certainly hit the spot. The truffles fries was by far the best fries I've ever tasted. Don't forget to get their strawberry shake!! Best part is how nice the managers and workers are. The manager came to us after we finished our food and asked us how the food was, you can tell they care about the quality of their food and are always looking for improvement. read more

I came here with my mom, sister, and niece. We ordered two Oklahoma Burgers and one Mile High Burger. We also ordered two side orders of French Fries & Sweet Fries. The order was taken correctly, the atmosphere was clean, it had a nice ambiance with great modern music, and best of all, the Burgers and Fries were so DELICIOUS & TASTY!!! All the workers and the owner of Halalbee's were so welcoming and kind. We ordered and got our orders relatively quickly. The food was not only great but also fresh!!! Honestly the name is what caught my attention. I usually never pay attention to what's new in my neighborhood...and this place really isn't in my neighborhood but it's a short drive. Anyway, I really don't recall what brought me here the first time-plain and simple hunger maybe and not wanting those other processed burger places. They just taste so fake...anyway back to Halalbee! All five star reviews, great looking food pics from former customers, and Halal. I have yet to come across any Hala spot that had bad food. Seriously I've tried Halal Chinese food before and haven't turned back since. To me it was worth a shot. And when my husband and I arrived the place was packed...always a good sign! Since our first visit, we've been back many times. Ive tried the stuffed burger, onion rings and the phenomenal lunatic all great options. I had ordered chicken nuggets for the kids, well they are more like teenagers, so they may not be the best judge but honestly they were pretty tiny. Tasty but just tiny. We ordered the larger size- cant remember the count. Had the lunatic several times, each time it has been memorable- I think it's the jalapeños. I've also added bacon to my stuffed burger another winnnn! I've tried several shakes as well. You can never go wrong with Vanilla of course but the other flavors sound good as well. Besides vanilla I've had strawberry and orange cheese cake (?) shake with bits of candied or dried orange bits. Pretty good as well, kind of like an orange creamsicle. We try to bring someone new each time just to make sure we aren't crazy about average food but everyone agrees this is the spot for burgers and shakes! My next choice will be the Hot Chick. Boy did that look good as I stared at my friend eating it. He said it was as good as it looked and I believe him. Hot chick don't let me down!! read more

I know this place has great reviews, but I beg to differ. Some positives, place is nice looking... in line with the hipster trends... and clean overall. However, on a regular weeknight it took 35 minutes to get burgers (lunatic, stuffed, and hot chick)...the burgers are small...meat is fine, cooked well but nothing really on its own to make it stand out in terms of flavor. The burgers also lacked enough sauce to really give any added flavor. We also tried the hot chick...the chicken itself was hard to bite through (tough) and despite being called the "hot chick" was not hot at all. We also tried the shakes and they are just ok. If your looking for a quick fast food type burger.. this may be your spot... but we've had better halal burgers. read more

I've been here twice. The first time I tried the hot chick sandwich. Amazing. The second time I had their stuffed burger and honestly I've never been so in love with a burger (besides my own ;p), lol. Their nuggets are really tasty as well. Their service is amazing. I had a big order the last time and they didn't mess it up, that's always a plus! They also service their guests pretty quickly. Easily my favorite halal burger spot amazing food, service, and location. The store itself is always so clean and organized. The biggest thing though is the consistency every time I come food and service is so consistent and it just really is amazing. Highly recommend bringing family, friends, or stopping by for a quick bite alone amazing place. Management is very professional as well. read more

Tried to get pizza last minute on Super Bowl Sunday. Obvious mistake, but turned out great because, despite usually being closed on Sunday's, Hallalbee's opened for the day. It was a perfect evening to give them a try and everything we ordered was better than expected. Don't let their unusually aggressive posted signs inside fool you (I've posted pictures of what I'm talking about), their staff was very friendly. We had the hot chick sandwich, nuggets, sweet fries, and truffle fries. No complaints here and will definitely be back. Can't wait for them to start delivering because we live very close and need more places like this in the neighborhood. read more

I downloaded Yelp! just to give this restaurant 5 stars - on God! The food is ; I recommend the Lunatic Burger! It is VERY delicious!!! Wish the burger was bigger only because it's so amazing; adequately sized, however. If you leave a poor review for this place, I'm sorry but your taste in food sucks. I'll recommend this place for your last meal on death row - not that I would wish that on you or anything, but.....you get the idea. read more

Finally made it here today for my cheat day...and what a way to reward oneself. We had the Oklahoma, lunatic for myself, and two originals for the kids. Added some onion rings, fried pickles, and chicken nuggets to finish it off. Everything was GOOD. DAMN GOOD. Burgers were juicy and flavorful. We could've easily had ordered a second round if it wasn't for the kids leaving some of their burgers for us. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu. All in due time. Great burger spot! Since covid its only takeout but the food is still great. Quality is really there also even when I take my food home the burger is still really hot which amazes me each time lol. Clean place friendly staff and delicious JUICY burgers. Original is always good but the lunatic is the best in my opinion. The onion rings were the best I've had. The house made panko breaded chicken nugget are a must. The milkshake was also good. I basically tried everything on the menu and it was all excellent. I will be traveling from Suffolk County once a month(at least) for the best burgers ever! We definitely needed this place! read more

All that cost me only $11, while Halal Guys is over here charging $14+ for a platter and nickel and dimes us for sauce packets. I classify Halal Munchies as a must eat when visiting NY!

I stopped by Halalbees in Queens and ordered the Lunatic Burger with a side of fries, and honestly, it did not disappoint. The Lunatic Burger was exactly what you want when you're craving something messy, loaded, and totally satisfying -- juicy beef, tons of toppings, and just the right amount of spice to live up to the name without overwhelming the flavor. Okay.. WOW - Had to get that off of our chests first! We ordered the Hot Chick Burger and the Oklahoma Burger with medium fries. Both the chicken and the beef were well done, the flavors for both the burgers complimented the type of meat and were so differently spiced!
