In addition to being organic and vegan I also appreciate the fact that they aren't too salty like many other soft pretzels are. It is reminiscent of cinnamon ice cream in texture and flavor without actually being cold or too sweet. They also have a tasty mustard dip which is a condiment I often recommend to people as a Dietitian due to its many health benefits.
