This halal cart is actually right outside of the 110th street subway stop. You walk up the stairs and BAM, there it is. You can count on the guy running this halal cart to be there everyday. You can also count on the guy here to take a lifetime to make your food. Seriously. He takes his sweet, sweet time. Even if there's a line of people waiting, expect to wait even longer because that doesn't make him change the pace at which he prepares the food.
I got the chicken over rice for $5. There was a good amount of rice and chicken in the small box, some pieces of lettuce, one tomato, and everything drowning in white sauce. It was kind if like eating soup, but the white sauce instead. Next time I get some food from here I'll just tell him to lessen up on the sauce! And as far as I could tell, nothing was too salty.
