A double-edge sword with Dr. Chenault is that she limits the insurance she will accept because she doesn't want to be mandated by insurers on how to practice dentistry. That's good in that she is concerned with exceptional care, but it's bad if you don't have an insurance she accepts. But, all said and done--she is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The inconsistency and lack of respect made the entire experience infuriating, frustrating and extremely disappointing. This place has many great reviews, but honestly dealing with Robin today absolutely changed my mind about bringing my family here. We want to feel welcomed; not like another number and they're just taking our money, so we will be taking our business somewhere else.

My husband and I both visited on separate occasions as new patients. They told us we each needed…read more$7-8,000 worth of dental work, that I needed multiple cavities filled, a root canal, and a nightguard due to teeth grinding. They also did an under the gum deep cleaning on my husband and he was in pain for 24 hours afterwords. I've never had any problems with my teeth and I still sleep with the retainers I was given after my braces were removed, so there's literally no way I could have teeth damage from grinding. It's 100% a scam and they offer you a free gift card for a good review. RUN away from this office as fast as you can.

I waited for the doctor until 9:30 am (when dr.Shillingburg came in, I looked at the time on the monitor again). A few minutes later I got an injection from deep sleep . They called to my husband at 10:01am so he could pick me up! I'm 100% sure surgery was about 30 minutes, maybe even less!! But the doctor's assistant lied so much that the surgery lasted 47 minutes! REALLY??? And she said the surgery started at 8:52am! What a shame! Omg ! Check your cameras before lying to a patient who trusted you! At 8:52am, I was still standing at the checkout, sorting out the bill you gave me and trying to add $3,000 for an additional service I didn't need, in addition to $3,313 for one tooth extraction! I asked for it to be removed because the bill was already huge! It was about 6.000$ ! CRAZY ! They are the most expensive in this area, but they turned out to be such scammers! I'm shocked!
