He has gradually added more staff. The first Hygienist was Mary N. She has cleaned my teeth since she started there. About 4 times now. Friendly, extremely competent and makes you genuinely feel comfortable and relaxed while she gives your teeth and mouth a comfortable house cleaning. My only complaint would be the Ice water rinse after the application of the polishing agent. Although it was cold, it was refreshing and I left alert and more aware of my surroundings than when I arrived. Dr Tenney did his usual gentle probing inspection afterward and found no cavities. Of course there was no "up-sale" for whitening programs, and whatever might be the latest money making "ad on's" that most dental offices hit you with. Just the usual and customary plastic bag with a new toothbrush, travel paste and plastic flossing tools. By the way, there are now 4 hygienist and several receptionist and Dr Tenney. I love this place!

My hygienist is no longer there and she was entertaining to say the least. I loved her!! She did a thorough job and my teeth felt so good! A new hygienist (I truly can't remember her name but I know she's no longer there), was the worst I've ever experienced. She was pretty much on top of my chest and I was very uncomfortable with that. Also, the check in process is a thorn in my side. Clients get handed a tablet to verify info. It's very time consuming and not necessary if all my info hasn't changed (insurance, home address, etc). I've said many times that my info is the same. One time I just flat out refused and the receptionist signed for me! I also asked "IF I get a crown today, and have an issue with it tomorrow & have to come back the next day, will I be handed the tablet again to verify my information?" (like I moved over night, lol). She said "yes!" This is the ONLY dental office I've been to that does this check in process. Just a note to Dr. Revering, my time is just as important to me as yours is to you. I'm so done!

Was told that they took it and I would only have to pay $50 deposit which would be deducted from my co-pay or refunded if no copay. In same phone call, I informed them I only needed a cleaning and nothing else since I had just had all x-rays done 6 months before at previous dentist and would have records sent to them. So i paid the deposit, had my old dentist forward my records, and spent over an hour completing all the on-line forms for their office. When I showed up to appointment, they presented me with this HUGE bill to pay before they do anything. When I reminded them about the insurance verification and filing, I was told they did not know how much would be refunded to me by insurance so I would have to pay and then wait to see. Since I felt lied to, I cancelled the appointment for which they charged me $150!

We just called to the office but the doctor's assistant is such a shameless liar! My surgery for 1 tooth extraction was on Friday, they charged me more than I should have, charged me extra for deep sleeping anesthesia. The surgery lasted about 30 minutes. At 9:04 am I went into the surgery room with the doctor's assistant (there was a monitor with the time right in front of me). I waited for the doctor until 9:30 am (when dr.Shillingburg came in, I looked at the time on the monitor again). A few minutes later I got an injection from deep sleep . They called to my husband at 10:01am so he could pick me up! I'm 100% sure surgery was about 30 minutes, maybe even less!! But the doctor's assistant lied so much that the surgery lasted 47 minutes!
