They took to much money and without permission, said they would reverse charges and return. Called me today to tell they are not returning it. They have lied for a solid week and a half about this. Plus I'm hearing horror stories regarding claims for the tornado victims. You've been warned. Do not trust them. Not only this office. Their horrible rep procedes them. Wish I knew before. And they have the nerve to text me everyday to sign the forms for automatic payments. After, they went into my account and took funds anyways. Do your research. I'm not the only one apparently!

Horrible Service!! They do not pay attention to detail. First time they screwed up they asked me…read moreinformation about my friend & her account. I told them that they needed to contact her about her own policy. Well the only contact information we have for her is your phone number because you live at the same address.... We had lived at the same address over a year ago.. Plus she had contacted them less than a week prior to change her information because she had just moved and needed to update her renters information... In the meantime I was working on purchasing a home. I contacted them for a quote and when everything went through my mortgage provider helped me confirm my coverage and moved on with my homeowners policy. Shortly after I get a phone call one day saying that all of my policies will be cancelled that day if I didn't pay the full balance due. I was sincerely confused. I had not been contacted ONCE about having any balance due. No letters in the mail. No phone calls and no e-mail saying my automatic payment had missed. They gave me no notice!! Who does that?! Fortunately for me I budget very well and paid them that day, but its absurd to not warn someone that their account is over due and cancel their policy when they were unaware! I cancelled my policy with these people at that time. About two weeks later (After canceling) I FINALLY received my home owners policy information... The reason I didn't get it when I was supposed too.. They sent it to my boy friends address, BOYFRIEND, not married & not living together!!! Common sense would say you send it to my address that I just bought, moved into and asked you to make a change of address in your system!! Long story short they mix up peoples accounts. Luckily mine were friends of mine, but I'm guessing they mix up anyone who may have lived at the same address.. Ridiculous. If you are going to use State Farm use a different agent!!
