His daughter, Mary is excellent. She has been my primary care provider since 2013. I love Mary. Very gentle, compassionate, and intelligent. She also makes you feel more than a patient. She has help me monitor my anemia and depression for many years. I rate both Dr. Vitale and Mary 5/5. My only complaint is that I feel like he needs to revamp his office staff. The front desk receptionist lacks professional. When I informed her about Mary would like to see me ASAP (she left a voicemail on my phone at 7:30am informing that blood results is not up to par and she would like to see me ASAP for intervention--- the receptionist told me there's no appointment in 1 month and hung out. I received another called form Mary the following day (which I was able to picked up) and got in right away. Another time, the phlebotomist dropped my brother's blood tube (after we had left). She called my mom in a demeaning manner demanding we should come back at this very instance. My mom was highly upset. For once my brother has anxiety and secondly the woman was rude. Once we returned back to the establishment. The lady told my brother to suck it up and stop being a wuzz. Very unprofessional for a 11 year old at the time. My mom quickly bring this to the attention of Mary at the next appointment.

I also appreciate how easy it is to book via text or on a last minute notice. Staff is friendly and professional too which I appreciate.

I asked multiple times and asked what my copay is because I know i have a copay and he said I don't pay anything. Now, they sent me a text messaged with amount I owe them. I asked why that is and still no clear answer. I reached out to my insurance and they confirmed it's because they are out of network. Why would you lie to me and tell me you're in network if you're not?! Why tell me chiro and pt is part of my insurance and covered if now on the phone you say only acupuncture is covered?! What the hell?! Never coming here, and I will not be making any payment that my insurance doesn't cover. Like I said on the phone, send me to your billing department to get this settled. Update : They asked me to take down my review because it's not fair to the doctors. Please read what I wrote again. I was able to get in touch with their "billing" department and the amount they showed I owe is even more than what was presented to me in the beginning along with their venmo account for me to send the payment. The documents show charges for more visits than I attended, and I asked them to clarify this and provide thorough details as all their words have been nothing but ambiguous. I have yet to get a response.

I have had…read moretrouble with my back in the past where i would at a random point in the day would have my back lock up on me so bad that i could not move. I have seen another chiropractor one of the times this did happen and was given a regular twist here crack there. I was told that my spine and everything in my back was fine and just laid there with some pulsating pads stuck to my back. Well going to Dr.Musnik was a completely different experience. He takes his practice to a whole other level of chiropracting. His goal is more so to find the problem and set it up to be fixed. Not just enough for you to feel better for a week so that you are right back there. On my first visit when my x-rays where taken I found out how many things where actually wrong and causing these pains, numbing, locking and agonizing sciatic pain that would shoot down my right leg. I could also see the pure excitement in his face when he knew exactly what he needed to do to get me fixed up. I am a dog groomer and most of my time is spent standing in one spot and then leaning over into a tub. Along with lifting some very big dogs on occasion. The reason for my first visit was because I woke up and could not move at all I was in such pain I had to call out from work that day and have my father drive me over to his office. Which mind you he is one of the very i mean very few chiropractors open on Saturday. By the end of my first visit I had a very well understood knowledge on my problems and what was causing them and my pain was already feeling better enough that i walked back to my parents home which is not too far from his office. By the end of the night i was feeling noticeably better. One thing that I love is you can tell he is not in it to get as much money as he can from you, his goal is to get you fixed and keep it that way. They are also very helpful when it comes to payment as well. The front staff is very friendly and welcome you in as if you are a long time friend. I having a conflicting work schedule with they're schedule and most of the time as hard as I try not to I wind up being a few minutes late but they are always very understanding and patience with me which I am so happy for. I love the pride Dr.Musnik takes in his work and the wonderful stories of success he has had and how he got to where he is today. I have had a great outcome from his practice and I would recommend him to anyone in a heart beat! Thank you so much for everything you all have done for me! :)
