I can't discourage people enough from trusting this business. When I went back in to tell the doctor what had happened he tried to sell me a massage and gaslight me instead of taking accountability. Dr J. is hands down the most accepting, caring, and supportive medical professional I have ever worked with. I've been working with Dr. J for almost 3 months and the X-Rays prove that he has made progress on my neck and back. I also feel a noticeable improvement compared to before working with him. Joanne handles all my insurance and if I ever need to reschedule they are immensely accommodating. They are an incredible team and I am so lucky to have them both. If you're looking for a caring provider who embodies mental and self wellness, you've come to the right place. 10000/5.

We started with frequent visits for sciatica and now I am on more of a maintenance schedule. One thing I like about his approach is that, while some chiropractors will try to do too much too quickly and will end up overdoing it, he is careful to guide you toward deliberate improvement that is meant to last. Joanne in the office is fantastic to work with and the whole place runs like a well oiled machine. They are easy to communicate with via email or phone call, and it's an office I have been comfortable referring friends to.

I agreed, thinking he must have an overarching plan. From what you'll read below, he did. I'll admit his " adjustments" gave me a modicum of initial relief. Fair. What I did not anticipate was the absurdly surreal marketing poster in his office that unconvincingly portrays how ill you'll become ( and remain) utterly compromised without lifelong chiropractic care. Or his slowness of wit, his callousness, his con, or all three combined. He " recommended" I come in 3 times/ week for a month @ $80/ per. I immediately quipped:, : " that's $1000!!" He retorted: " No. Let's see". He pulled out an ancient calculator and started pounding away. After what seemed like a revisiting of the Cambrian era, he summarily drawled " $960." I balked and walked out. Later I found out that types like him in chiropractic practice give kickbacks to sources in their " referral network". In my case, at a high cash price to the patient. My peers in the waiting room were all elderly. Although I cannot prove it, I strongly suspect Medicare fraud. Talk about a schtick.

I also had a minor wrist sprain which was healing: it was so minor that I could lift a 20 pound weight with no difficulty. He took my wrist in his hand and said "let me show you what you did wrong to hurt your wrist" and proceeded to jam my hand back hard. It hurt really bad. He looked at me in surprise and said, "I didn't mean to do that to you!" and then was at a loss for words, and put my hand down. To cut a long story short: I now cannot type, cannot pick up a *shirt*, and I'm looking at 2 month+ recovery that will require intensive physical therapy. I am even now unable to digest this whole episode and focus on recovery. it doesn't stop there in terms of problems with this doctor: - he charges a "copay" for each visit though my insurance tells me there is no co-pay on site. - when I returned hoping to pick up my x-ray, he of course denied that he had injured me, but was also *nasty*, and had the cheek to ask me to pay for an additional medical visit because "I had used his valuable time" in getting the x-ray from him! Save your body (and your mood and money): do not go to this doctor!
