Now about Dr. Misty Dickason she is great, excellent, caring and understanding of the situation i was going through. She was able to find the problems and help me with the pain at the office and she also gave me advise for home treatments. All I have to say about these wonderful people is that THEY ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO.

From the moment you step off the elevator, you are greeted by name and a warm smile by their excellent receptionist, Cynthia, or Amanda, followed by any other staff member who is in eyeshot of you. The wait time at max is 5 minutes, and that's only because I may have come in early. As others have said, Dr. Micheal is phenomenal with his skills and bedside manner, but I would like to give high praise to my therapist, Dr. Shoaib. Dr. Shoaib is very personable and lets you know exactly what he's doing when treating you and why. He really cares about your recovery. Dr. Gill is always upbeat with a great attitude. The PTA's are incredible as well. Camilia, Christian, and Paul are always ready to move you to the next step of your treatment or answer any questions you may have. No one there believes in wasting your time. You're never waiting around for anything, and at the same time, you never feel rushed. Your sessions here are in perfect balance. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr Pruden from back when we each had no grey in our hair - and he remains the only chiropractor I fully trust til this day. I recently went to see him due to a new issue with damaged nerves and a slipped disc, which most chiropractors tell you they can fix in just a few adjustments. Dr Pruden took the time to read thru my entire MRI images (not just the report summary, which is what most doctors do) and showed me in great detail where my issue was, and why I would likely need surgery, which was something that my medical doctor has never told me. He also did something that NO CHIROPRACOR WOULD EVER DO which is to tell me to save my money and that for my condition, any relief would be temporary, which I have since confirmed with my doctor. Any other chiropractor would have told me that they could treat me, but it would take a commitment of 2-4 visits a week and that they could sell me a package of 10. I hope this makes clear that the in addition tio being the best chiropractor in the NY area, he also has great integrity, and he will never strong you along just to get paid.
