I decide never to go back, now I'm receiving a bill for services from my insurance. When me and my husband came in, we were primarily concerned on whether our insurance was accepted or not. Ends up his son is the admin and was very adamant that the insurance is accepted and takes our copay. Ends up being Mr Vargas son is not so great at his job as he didn't call to confirm that his father was in our network. Either he is scamming people to get a quick buck or he needs to hire a real admin. Either way, retirement is my suggestion since he is way past his prime to flip a body and provide the motions necessary to make a difference.
