My last chiropractor, Dr Phil Wilner, who I was a patient of for more than 10 years and who is a fantastic chiropractor, decided to move his practice to Colorado. That was in 2009. Anyways for a few years I was in limbo, I tried a few chiropractors but didn't find anyone who's adjustments worked for me. At one point I gave up and bought an inversion table. Basically its machine that flips you upside down to stretch and straighten out your back. Unfortunately that only does so much and one day I saw Dr Benedikt on Amazon's local deals and decided to give him a try since it was close to where I work. The initial consultation was pretty standard stuff but the back adjustment was exactly what I was looking for (muscle stim, upper back adjustment, hip and neck). YMMV but I've been a patient of Dr. Benedikt's for a year and a half. I go for a back adjustment every month or two. The only thing I wish is, my previous chiropractor put heated towels or heat pads over the area where he did the muscle stims. Aside from that I've been a happy patient.

This started at 15 years old, I'm now 43. The week before I met Dr. Cortes, my condition deteriorated. I was wearing a back brace, braces on my forearms and wrists to fight the pain. I found Dr. Cortes online and called. HE picked up the phone and spoke to me for about thirty minutes. I came in for a visit and began the healing process. I knew there was something different about his approach when I went to get the x-rays he ordered. The people at the lab shudder when they see a Dr. Cortes patient because his x-ray protocol is extensive, he leaves no stone unturned. I began his treatment and found that between the 10 or more chiropractors I've visited, his technique is FLAWLESS. It's compact, precise with very little unnecessary twisting or torquing. His Gonstead approach is the most progressive and precise of chiropractic. In less than two months with 2 visits per week I am almost pain free, standing up straight, sleeping, exercising vigorously (haven't exercised in 2 years). He may not know it, buy Dr. Cortes changed the course of my life that was headed for disaster. If you or a loved one is suffering, PLEASE visit Dr. Cortes. Michael Jordan was born to dunk a basketball, Pablo Picasso was born to paint. Jose Cortes was born to heal people. Stop screwing around and make the appointment!!! I think it's perfect!
