Sorry was so hungry & addicted that I ate after posting...lol so good I'm losing my mind.

2nd day here for dinner, it's about 12mins. walk from our AIRBNA but so worth the 2nd time around. The staff remembers us from yesterday. Atmosphere is small but very cozy, we sat upstairs both times & was very lucky we didn't have to wait since they needed a party of 4. We maybe try one more time before we go home to US. Will definitely miss this place once we leave.

Talk about some really rich decadent tonkatsu based broth! Saw good reviews so we came to try it out and were not disappointed. I'm not a huge gyoza fan, but theirs was definitely good - worth a try. The restaurant is small with an upstairs seating area as well. Unfortunately the wait was long. Not only did we wait 40 minutes to enter the restaurant, we waited another 30 after we ordered to receive our ramen...not sure why it took so long. If you have the time to kill, definitely worth a try. We went around 7:45 on a Monday night, the restaurant had really cleared out by 9 so later is better.

Sad to give this place only three stars. I really wanted to give it more but there were some things lacking about the ramen. What I will give them credit for us their customer service. I've lived in japan for a few years and customer service is truly part of the Japanese culture. I'm glad that the servers here are friendly, smile and speak multiple languages! Parts that bummed me out, I order the tonkatsu with pork and it was just ok. The bowl was sloppily presented and the pork just crumbled anytime I tried to pick it up (not a good crumble. More like a, I've been frozen too long crumble). Pros: friendly fast service. Cons: crumble pork and sloppy presentation. Each ramen bowl was 15€.

Decent Ramen. Had the house special. Thought having the option to select noodle firmness and fat/oil concentration in broth was empowering and fun. Staff, couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Awesome people and get a +1 star for service alone. Like ramen? Probably worth a visit. PS - an earlier review mentions this place can throw down with Toronto ramen. That assessment is not accurate.

Let me start with how much I LOVE Ramen. Living in Lo's Angeles, CA where we arguably have the best Ramen outside of Japan, this place gives most LA Ramen places a run for their money. Like every good Ramen joint, it's a hole in the wall, down a street (currently under construction) full of other Asian restaurants. This place has a wait, but the wait goes fast. Not a good place for a party larger than 5. They have a great variety of Ramen flavors, they do spicy miso, my favorite, but it's not over the top spicy. Infact, I'd give it 3 out 10 on the spice scale. So those unable to hand a lot of spice but love the flavor, this one is worth a try. They have chili oil if you want to add more.

I had the original tonkotsu ramen. Broth is flavorful without being too salty or greasy. Noodles are al dente. Soft boiled egg is nice but could use a bit more flavor. My partner had the noir (with garlic oil). The garlic taste isn't strong enough, and the broth is greasier. Apparently their gyoza has won some kind of award in Japan! They are certainly among the best I have had. Wrapper is fresh, thin and crispy (but not burnt). The ratio of meat and cabbage is perfect. Would definitely come back for more next time I go to Paris!

The line when I left at around 2 pm on a rainy Sunday afternoon

Made a trek here from the 16e on a rainy Sunday. Got there at about 1 pm and the line was only 6 people deep. By the time I got there it had grown considerably. I ordered the tonkatsu black ramen and chasu. Also tried the potstickers with green onions. A bit on the pricey side--total bill was $26. The ramen was good. Still not as good as in the Bay Area. The flavors in the broth were too subtle for me and not as intense as I had hoped but solid. But the noodles were al dente, the chasu was tender. The potstickers were crispy and meaty and cooked perfectly. Probably won't go there again because there are a ton of other Asian places I'd like to try before I'd go back.

Very good Ramen house! Taste of the soup and the ramen was very special, and also the guioza was nice, but small.

This place does seafood broth based ramen and I could not wait to try it. First off the decor is very unique. It looks like you just stepped into a outdoor Japanese seafood market with fish, eel, crab hanging around (fake of course). We sat down and ordered right away since we were both starving. As an appetizer I got the edamame which was steamed fresh with flakes of salt. Very delicious. I got the lobster bisque based ramen. It was very rich with great flavors. It came with sliced duck breast, citrus flavored scallop, a soy sauce egg and other veggies. One of the most flavorful ramens I've ever had. I enjoyed every bite and slurp of it! My friend got the sardine shoyu ramen which came with two slices of sardines. He enjoyed this as well. We were very happy with our meals and the staff was so nice! One of my favorite meals I had in Paris for sure.

I found that hard to believe until I tried it myself -- maybe one of the best ramens I've ever had in my life. The initial plan wasn't to come here, but since a lot of restaurants are closed on Mondays, we decided to give this a shot. Surprisingly, there was no line or wait at 5pm. We were seated immediately at this Tsukiji fish market-themed restaurant. Crazy how realistic the decor is and actually teleports you to Japan. You can see all the consideration that was put into the detailing of this establishment -- huge tuna on the table, the piles of insulated foam containers, hanging squid, and even the residual "puddles of water" on the table. We ordered the Sardine Shoyu (the classic) and Sardine Bomb (the strongest). Opted for chef style, which is a few euros more, but added extra protein such as an egg and chicken/pork chashu. Both took a bit of time to come out, but let me tell you -- it was absolutely worth it. The broth was rich, umami and not too fishy. The sardine bomb is a bit of a thicker and more potent broth, but wasn't overpowering at all. The noodles were wavy and chewy (maybe buckwheat?). Each bowl was loaded with tender pieces of protein that tied together seamlessly with the broth and noodles. We left more than satisfied from this meal, but will definitely think about this bowl on a regular basis. Well-deserved recognition!

Started with the edamame which is a must have for me at ramen places and it was not salty or had soy sauce with it but it tasted great plain. Being pescatarian I had the epitempura ramen which is shrimp based and the broth had a nice blend of spices and it was traditional shoyu. The egg was nicely seasoned and was a level up from just a standard ramen egg. The tempura got soggy and split apart really fast- I would suggest eating this first. Also noting that it was a normal portion and not a ginormous American ramen bowl. My mom got the saumon caramelisee which was "delicious", but if she had a note it would be the rice toward the bottom absorbed the majority of the sauce. It was a small restaurant with plastic barriers every couple of tables. The service was really timely as well--I just wish they had more veg/dietary friendly options for the rice bowls and katsu part of the menu seeing as there is also only one tofu ramen and the rest are pork based
