She goes to the system and sees that my appointment was there and begins to ask me when I made the appt as if she's trying to say I did something wrong by making the appointment today. But she still decided to take the other client and didn't offer me any alternative except to come back on Monday. Today is Friday. They take walk ins so she could have offered some kind of alternative. Maybe to fit me in some time tomorrow, if not today. But she kind of just said come back Monday or that's it. Never again. Black owned businesses need to do better.

After checking my receipt, he returned with a replacement of the same wig and, in a very nonchalant and rude manner, accused me of causing the damage, loudly stating that it was not a manufacturer defect and that "someone" must have tried it on and pulled it out. This was extremely untrue and unprofessional. This was a $50 quick wig. I can replace it easily, and I would not have driven through the rain if the damage had been my fault. Your business sold me a damaged product, and instead of handling it professionally, emotions took over. This is my first time here and I am highly disappointed. Please do better.
