At other salons, I'm always afraid that they will cut too much. Joni truly listens to her client's wants. She uses her extensive knowledge to offer styling options and tips on how to create the look you want. Today, I visited her and took a risk - I wanted a bob! She showed me photos on how my hair type would look with that particular style beforehand, and while she shampooed/cut my hair, she took care with every move. She introduced me to a new styling product (volume powder), and my haircut turned out marvelous! Joni really knows her stuff! The salon itself is great too. I feel right at home with Joni and the other stylists, and it's always fun chatting with all "the girls." I would recommend getting an appointment, but they are very flexible and can usually fit you in if you are desperate need of a cut.

So she referred me to another girl there, This girl (Deanna) Was hard to talk to and very strange. I told her how I wonted my hair done. And she did do a good job. I felt that we did not get along to well and felt very uncomfortable. The next time I saw her I asked for the same hair cut, She said she remembered and proceeded to literally butcher my hair cut way different in fact she took the sheers and bussed my hair bold on the sides and back. I felt so terrible for 2 weeks, That's how long it took to grow just a little hair. I tried texting her a few times to talk about it and she did not respond to me. I finally went there in person and she avoided me So I went around the back of the store to talk to her and explained things to her, She was still kind of off with me like she got cought avoiding me. Did not feel to comfortable when I called the owner. just ok I will make note of it. Sorry to do this review but it was just to much that a worker can fell that she could do something like this and get away with it. I am still thinking about suing the business. It was truly a terrible experience. Truly ( I might be dealing with a bunch of women that hate Men) especially one like me with an out going personality and confident. Its like they felt threatened buy me. Another women there talked down to me as well.

I highly suggest her for anyone trying to fix their hair, change any colors in their hair, and to do balayage styles. I met with Mandee for a consultation after walking in with highlights that was making me look like I transported here straight from 2006. A few weeks earlier, I went to a "local balayage specialist" but they gave me highlights instead of balayage, and I couldn't stand looking at myself in the mirror. Mandee did a great job talking me through what we could do to fix my hair, and it sounded perfect. She found time in her schedule a few days later, added a shadow root and painted bleach on the tips and made my ridiculous highlights look just like balayage. Thank you Mandee!
