AVOID this place at all costs! and if you can't make sure you pack a hat if you can't avoid Hair Busters!, I was charged $35.00 even when I declined "the shampooing" they said that it was a packaged deal and HAD to pay for it. By far the worst haircut I've had the misfortune to overpay. read more

I loved Kris who moved to another salon. However, I went there to do two tings a couple years back. 1 was a cut, the other dye. Well, this young girl who's always pregnant and her hair colored, I figured OK, she'll understand what I need. Well, got pricing and stuck with a cut. I returned and the same gal was on maternity leave. The other young gal bleach blonde hair said she could dye it (bleach it to get all the dark brown off black dyed hair out. It was not done properly. Shoot, you don't ever dye roots first then other hair especially dark to light. And, I didn't go to school for this crap. Seriously! OK, then it was hours of trying to correct the crap she did and the damage. She wanted 200 and a tip. If I were violent, she wouldn't be here. OK. So, another lady had to get it to a lighter orange color and blend the platinum blonde roots she F'ed up. Ya, it was a mess. Then cut the damaged off, so I lost about 4 inches of hair and it was fried. I went home for about a month and just conditioned the poo out of it. I ended up somewhere else to fix it. Fast forward to a haircut. I had long hair tapered... I wanted an inverted bob... long in front short in back with longest length in front just above shoulder. The always pregnant girl was like, "OMG, that s*** will look horrible on you! I won't cut it." I didn't ask for her opinion, as it's irrelevant. So, I went to the next shop, got it cut and guess what, it was awesome Took pic and sent it to hairmasters and the manager at that time called and apologized and said come back for another chance. No thanks. Sad, what went from a great experience, to a crappy one, and followed up with more crap is no longer a place I will stop at, not even for haircare supplies. Took my business for cuts to next strip mall and it's cheaper and the staff are far friendlier. read more

I've been here twice now so I feel pretty confident leaving a review. Most often- the only days that me and my mom can have off together are Sunday's. I found this place and we both got our hair cuts. I did something dramatic- I went from a bob to a pixie. Danyell (I believe...) did it and I love it! Fast forward to this past Sunday. They were running a special on foils so Me and my mom decided to partake. I wanted some caramel highlights since my hair is naturally very dark brown. They seemed a little too bright at first but I figured that I'd adjust. Two days later and they only got brighter. By this point I had bright gold highlights in near black hair... I had to darken them myself because I'm incredibly busy and wasn't going to walk around for a week like that. i will say that they are accurately placed though. I may stick to only haircuts here in the future. read more

My husband came home with one side longer. One side thicker. Bangs so uneven. When I called they said he got a senior discount. I guess that's why they did such a crappy job and it's ok. Then she said he should go where they cut his hair good all the time. Ya well. I would do that but this seems to be a trend. Oh and could hardly understand her since she was chomping on food with her mouth open and while talking. Took pictures. It would be nice if they took pride in their work. Not here. read more

Went there on my lunch today. Wish I didn't! $30 haircut that looks like a complete pile of shit. Got made fun of at the office when I got back and now paid someone $25 to fix it! I don't understand, the one job you have, not busy at all and manage to leave my hair looking like some blind person cut it? Take your time and do a good job. Quit your job if you don't know how to do it correctly. Easy fade and trim how hard it that? Save your money. read more

They charge an extra $5.50 to put conditioner in your hair after your wash. Also, be specific beforehand if you want it washed at all because the first three times I went in they just sat me down and got my hair wet with a spray bottle instead... read more

Not too outgoing a little rude. Matter of fact attitude. Went twice had same expierance. Won't go back.

Apparently I am a glutton for punishment in the form of truly BAD haircuts. I was a successful hairstylist for 20 years, I KNOW a good haircut when I see one. I went back in to Michelle for about 3 times because I had hope that she would someday get a new razor blade, learn to cut evenly on both sides, and leave my crown area a little longer than the rest of my hair. Those things never happened. I tried Jo, oh dear is she one angry person! Very unpleasant to be around, but I gave her a chance, the first whack at my hair I knew I was in trouble but stayed in the chair. Jo left one side of my neckline completely unshaved and a gob of my chopped off hair on my shoulder the size of a golf ball, but at least I could live with the cut eventually. Then I recently tried Lynn. Oh my. I haven't seen a bowl cut for many years, until she got through mutilating my hair. Lynn has a very condescending attitude. I am soooo embarrassed to go out in public. Next time I need my hair cut I will be going to a salon that employs talented hairstylists and happily pay whatever they want, otherwise I will let my cat chew my hair off totally assured it will look better than what I have had at Hair Masters. read more

I go to Hair Masters in Graham for all my hair needs, they do an amazing job. I can usually get in with little to no wait time, without having an appointment. I will continue to go there for all my hair and product needs. They are only lacking one thing, free WIFI. I am usually there for a couple of hours and WIFI would defiantly help. I hope my suggestion is taken into consideration. read more

First of all let me say that I have never. ever written a review for anything. Never cared to take the time. But this place. Holy Hell.... My normal place was slammed so I stopped in here. The girl at the front was super rude right away but she was like a year prego so I didn't say a word - Then another girl cut my hair. I have pretty much the easiest style you can imagine. #4 on the top and #2 on the sides. easy right? Let me just say that when she was done I drove straight to my normal place and when I walked in the girls (yes more than 1) laughed at me and said that I should have just waited - and not gone home and cut my own hair. What a joke of a place. read more

I have been seeing Michelle for several years. She is personable and is careful to make sure I get what I want when I come in. She is not distracted by others in the store. It took a bit to find a stylist I liked and I'm sticking with her. read more

Carrie is a very nice person. But, with that said she does not back up her work. She was to put grey high lights in my hair. When she was bleaching it I noticed that my ears were getting hot she stated I must be having a chemical reaction to it and she needs to watch it. She never for the whole processing time check my hair. Then she added another color over the bleach. Needless to say I ended up with blue hair. I was in shock but pretended that I was ok cause I was afraid of what it would end up if I allowed her to try and fix. Not only that but she insisted on a tip. She had another lady waiting and I felt was not the time to make her look terrible in front of this women. I went to my sisters home that was with me and really looked at my hair. She did not even cover where she had put bleach in my hair. I sent her a text the next morning as she was closed. I told her I was unhappy and all she has done is stick her head in the sand. She will not text me back. I even stated I just want my money back. She could deduct the cut and conditioning. Still no answer. I then text her because I need to know the chemicals that she put in my hair so that I can spend more money to have it fixed and again no text. Very poor service read more

Gotten my hair cut twice there, both times were terrible. They don't listen to what you want to get done and make you pay full price for something you're not happy with. Do not reccommend. read more
