It's reasonable for employees to engage in general conversations with the client, but this stylist asked too many personal questions that I did not feel comfortable sharing my personal life with her. Maybe if she talked less and focused more on the client's hair, it would show better result. The front desk lacked coordination between the cashiers, causing delays for clients waiting to be served as well as waiting to pay.

I was actually very pleasantly surprised when I entered. The building consists of 30+ rooms that can be rented by hairdressers and other beauty gurus. The renter then decorates their space as their own and it really becomes their own personal salon. Now on to my hairdresser, Ashley! I've been coming to her for a while now and am always thrilled with her service. She is amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to the industry. It's great having a hairdresser that you can trust. Her salon is "Friends" inspired and is SO cute!

I went to get my hair done there for the first time. She obviously doesn't have anything to do with iStudios. I didn't do a walk in on the location where I went to a random find. Environment I love the private places. I am not swapped to other places, this is just based on what my stylist has booked. I enjoy the facilities she has, well, the seat and the wash bowl is not very comfortable compared to the one she had! Wish they made things more ergonomic for the stylist and client. There is 1 set of bathrooms for all the studios. Niceness of the staff There is no front desk staff that could place you with anyone if you need. All these are private booths and you have to book with them. Dollar Jennie Dollar. I like Yes? Yes I definitely recommend Jenni! #WendyWanders #WendyAnd
