I didn't even realize this wonderful salon was across the street from my eye health vision wear. I get there for my scheduled appointment. And they said it was cash only when I walked in, when before I've only ever paid with card and given cash tip. I understand people abuse cards. So I said no problem and went to my bank which was 5 minutes up the street. I came back not even 5 minutes after I had left and Henry was busy but the last time someone did my nails there I told them I didn't like one of the nails because it was crooked and they didn't care to fix the nail I asked to be fixed. Which I'm paying $90 I'd expect better service. They also spilled red nail polish on my white velour jacket and told me to get it dry cleaned but it wouldn't come out if I dry cleaned it so when I asked for just $30 for the jacket since it's ruined he rolled his eyes at me and gave me the $30. Henry needs his own salon but until then I won't be back.

I got asked if they could do my nails first and I politely declined as my friend and I planned on sitting together and she wasn't getting her nails done. pedicure was fine, nothing special. the nail technician roughly removed my extensions and said they were falling apart then cut my already short nails to ask if the length was good. I didn't feel listened to, she put her headphones in and grilled me on "who did my nails before this". I said spider king but didn't remember who exactly did them even though she asked me Multiple times. I didn't want them this short and asked for a little trim. They aren't the same length and are so short. awful experience.
