The owner of the salon who did my hair was so sweet and kind -- a welcome addition to our wedding day celebration. The Hair, Heart and Soul team was very accommodating and juggled a large party consisting of not only the bride, bridesmaids, and mothers, but also several sisters, cousins, and children. They told us we were the largest group they had ever done. The styles ranged from up-dos to down-dos, the hair they worked with being both long and extremely short. I was particularly impressed by how they teased the short hair into elegant works of art. All our hair and makeup held up perfectly all day. Because of their great work we all looked gorgeous in the wedding photos! The bridal suite was sunny and airy, with high ceilings, and comfortably accommodated all of us plus some fathers and husbands who stopped by to take photos and chat. The stylists are all very friendly and actually listen to your opinion. I'd say I feel more comfortable here speaking up about something than I do at other salons. They don't get insulted, they just really want you to love your hair style. I've had full dye, highlights, hair cuts, blow outs and updo's here and can honestly say I've never been disappointed in the service or the results. As I mentioned though, you pay appropriately for the great experience you get here. I'm not as regular of a customer as I wish I could be simply because I can't always afford it. If you can swing the cash, I highly recommend trying out Revive for any of their services. They also have an extensive line of products from Aveda, Moroccanoil, DevaCurl and more in addition to many gift items such as hair accessories and jewelry. I will also mention they seem to give special accommodations for established clients so I would be sure to have them set you up a customer profile the first time you visit so you can build that up. I guess just be mindful that even if something entirely out of your hands happens, they will keep the deposit and won't honor sale prices.
