I've never had any salon do this and was grateful because I hate when I feel the stylist is rushing to finish for their next appointment. I am dealing with hair loss/change in texture after getting COVID in 2022. Walking in to the salon, I was greeted warmly and offered a beverage. I got into the chair and my stylist (Alexis) spent a good amount of time asking about the products I use and my hair goals. Throughout my appointment, she shared what products she used on me and made recommendations for at home care. My water was refilled when empty and everyone I interacted with was friendly. The owner introduced himself and saw him chatting by with other clients in the salon too. I've been following the recommendations/new products for about a month now and my hair does feel softer and notice some new growth! I scheduled my next appointment before leaving and am looking forward to my next visit with Alexis. Highly recommend this salon and Alexis!

However, once I got home, I felt it was still a little bit too dark. I called to question it I was told stylist is away that she would call me back. Instead, a few days later, I was told by the owner/scheduler that they would not touch my hand for another six weeks because they were afraid of "damage" not even offered a toner. Spent a lot of money to be unhappy for six weeks. I did not like the way I was treated like I was being punished . not responsive to client at all.

I know him I called and they had availability same day. The Salon its self is trendy. Upbeat bit atmosphere, good music in the background. I had no idea who my hairstylist would be, as soon as I walked in and saw a woman and thought, I hope she is my stylist. She had a modern day haircut, well dressed modern look. I knew she would know the best style for me. Lo and behold she was my hairdresser Stephanie. After not knowing exactly what I wanted and letting her take the reins. She started with a dry haircut. My hair is flat, thin, dead and boring and has old ombre. She layered my hair and angled it in a way that gave it life. After my haircut she put a toner in to damper down my yellow ombre that was well grown out. I've never had such a phenomenal results with a haircut, which was what I was looking for. Typically I leave the salon with the same basic trim and layers. At the end she blowdried my hair. Nothing too complex making you leave and think well I'll never have time to do this. A modern every day style that I can do myself with my busy lifestyle. It wasn't a dramatic haircut as that is not my forte. Just a beautiful angled layered haircut that is so refreshing. My hair now has life! The salon itself is a bit pricey but considering I only go every 2 to 3 years for a haircut it was well worth the money. I will most definitely be back futher more to get my hair done only by Stephanie. Also when checking out I met the owner. He was a nice friendly gentleman who seems to know his stuff and established a great salon. I'd recommend this place to anyone! Wish I had a before picture but this is the after.
