Super friendly service, great haircuts. I highly recommend this place $16 men's haircuts the best in town.

One of the best hair salons in Westborough, MA! I bring one of my clients here once a month for a haircut, and every single time it comes out amazing. The quality of the work really shows, my client gets so many compliments, and you can tell it's been done professionally. The stylist is always pleasant, efficient, and professional, which makes the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate the consistency and care that goes into each visit. I highly recommend Hair Reflections to anyone looking for a reliable salon or barber in the Westborough area, you won't be disappointed! read more

Pathetic, disgusting barber and his sister!! Extremely ill-mannered and rude -- always in a rush, which often ends up causing discomfort while cutting. I clearly explained the kind of haircut I wanted, specifying the length in detail, but he seemed completely inattentive and lost in his own world. This is the second time in a month I've faced the same issue, and I now understand why several 1-2 star reviews say similar things. His sister, who also works there, is unfortunately even worse -- impatient and has visible anger issues. What's most concerning is hygiene. He actually used a used robe when starting the haircut. When I questioned it, he raised his voice and lied that it was clean. Only after I insisted did he reluctantly replace it. Definitely not a place I'd recommend if you value hygiene, professionalism, or basic courtesy. read more

Tram is a wonderful hair dresser .She's one of the most hard working people I know..I've literally seen people come in with all kinds of hair issues..and walk out a million dollars. I've seen her Brother & her make people look & feel amazing. One lady literally in tears because she didn't have to walk out with a hair topper. And she could be herself again. Trams prices are unbeatable. I always did my hair myself but since Tram has been doing it I've stuck with it.. The family are very hard working & sometimes the salon is super busy so don't attack someone who's trying their best to be accommodating to a bunch of clients at once. read more

Tran is a very hardworking woman who has been cutting my hair for over 10 years. She does a fantastic job and I will not let anyone else cut my hair but her. It is interesting that there have been a couple of reviews here that are hard to understand. However, I think if you are willing to give the place a second chance, you might have a better experience. We do not live in a perfect World. Give yourself some extra time and slow down. I just love the charming bird cage, beautiful plants and gentle, relaxing feeling every time I go to Hairi Reflections. Peace! read more

Mediocre haircut - customer service sucks! The owner lady is very rude - both on the phone and in person. I have been going there for a few months, and they screwed up my appointments twice. The first time when this happened, I landed up taking the haircut from her brother (even though I had an appointment with the owner lady). That dude smells. Not sure if it is something he eats or needs a shower, or whatever. I almost threw up before he finished my haircut. A few days ago, they pulled the same thing on me again. I refused to take a haircut with the brother when I showed up for a booked appointment with the owner lady. They both started yelling at me in front of other customers, for not taking the haircut with the brother, as if it was my fault because they screwed up. I Just walked out without saying a word. Never going back there again. The haircut was about average, nothing to call home about. There are a couple of better places in Westborough as I found out after this fiasco. While customer service may not be a thing where you come from, in the US you need to treat your customers with respect. Don't yell, blame your screw-ups on them. A simple apology goes a long way when it is your fault! (Just read other reviews saying how rude she is). YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. PS: Oh, if she is running late for the appointment you should put up with it. No apologies, nothing. If you show up 5 mins late, she will go on and on about how you screwed up her entire day. If you say something, she will yell something in her foreign language! That in itself is very rude. *** Not sure why yelp would hide my review of this place. Do they get paid to hide sponsors? *** read more

Great small family owned business. This is not hair studio so don't expect it to be. Haircut cost around $16-$18 not $100 so you will not get cold drink on chair. This is mom - pop kinda business. read more

I thought she was just rude to me, glad to see she doesn't discriminate!!! LoL. I agree this place is not worth it. There are other better places locally. Bad haircut, bad attitude. read more

Hard working family, the owner might come across rude, but she means well, her intentions are good. You just have to hang in there and make sure your thoughts or requests are heard. read more

My husband and I have been coming here for 5 or so years, and Tran and her brother do an amazing job every time. We have no complaints! (^_^) I love Tran's work so much! I refuse to have anyone but her cut my hair. Each time I come in I show her a picture of a style that I want, and then I walk out with that exact cut. And for the low price of $10 a cut, you can't beat it! I will be coming here for every cut for as long as it's possible. (^_^) read more

The entire experience was horrible from start to finish. We got there and my sister sat down with her hair not brushed because in normal hair salons, the people usually wash and brush your hair. In this place with birds in cages next to hair supplies, apparently, they don't like to wash and brush hair because they "only scheduled 15 minutes" even though that's not what we asked for. My sister showed this woman a picture of what she wanted that was very clear with all angles visible and the lady said she could do it. My sister also said that she wanted some "poof" taken away, meaning some of the frizziness, but this woman took it to mean that all of her hair should get cut off. She ended up with hair half as short as what she wanted. It's as if she didn't even look at the picture. Worst of all, when I asked for a refund because she was extremely rude and did not do what we wanted, she refused and began to yell. She didn't try to apologize, she just yelled and blamed the customer. Haircuts are listed at 10 dollars at this place and we were charged 16 with no explanation as to why it's more expensive. Overall, an incredibly unprofessional environment and a grossly rude manager who does not listen to the customer. read more

This was the first time I went to this place and it really disappointed me. I called in before going and had an appointment set up, but I still had to wait for 15 mins for my turn to come up. One guy ended up giving me a hair cut and he screwed it up. I kept saying him how to cut it and he kept doing otherwise and whatever pleased him. I don't even know if the guy (He was Chinese) understood me or not. Yes, they charge you only 10 bucks for a hair cut which would be 4-5 dollar cheaper than other places, but I don't think you would want to get your hairs screwed up for saving 4 bucks. I can give a better hair cut than him. In the end, I had my hair screwed up and I also paid for getting my hair screwed up. I don't think you can beat it. Avoid yourself frustration. read more

I have been going to Hair Reflections for over 2 years now and its their service which keeps their customers loyal. And I'm not the only one. I know bunch of people who have the same experience and been regularly visiting this place for hair cut. You get a lot more compared to what you pay. I strongly recommend this salon. BTW, after reading such a good review, you may think but I don't work at this place! :) read more

My daughter went there last week and got a haircut from Tran for the first time, she loved it. So today, I went for a haircut on my own. I showed a picture to Tran and asked her to cut it like that. Within 20 minutes, my hair turned out to be exactly like the picture. I was very happy with the experience. Very reasonably priced! read more

This was my first time here and I was very happy with how my hair came out! They also offer organic hair dye which is so much less irritating to your scalp than using bleach! The salon could use a bit of a makeover but other than that it was great! read more

Hard working family run hair salon. Love the cuts and the wash. Very cheap too. Tran is the greatest.

WORST experience ever! Don't be misled by the good reviews. I went in 10 minutes late. When it was my turn, I asked her if they have a restroom but she blamed me for showing up late (even though I called in advance to tell her I would be late) and not going to the bathroom before. I showed her the picture of the desired haircut but she only glimpsed and said ok. And she cut my hair in a completely different way than what I wanted. When I questioned her she said: this is the new style! (it is not new at all....) Just LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" (I'm paying you to cut my hair and you want me to leave you alone?...) After the cut, my hair had areas that stood out/unsmooth and single strands of hair that were too long that i have to cut myself... Price is cheap: only $10. But it is definitely not worth a try at all. read more

Recently discovered this place on someone's recommendation for a hair cut. I always ask for Tran. This place is economical, friendly and great for a quick haircut. Can't go wrong! read more

This is a very bad salon. Even if it is very cheap, if you don't want your hair totally ruined ...DO NOT GO HERE. They are rude and wouldn't be interested to know what you want. They don't take instructions and will keep cutting your hair the way they please. You will end up with a nightmare of a haircut and you can't even ask them to explain because they are too rude to answer. Pay few bucks extra and get a haircut someplace where they will give you proper service . I highly doubt if they proper certifications for this business. read more

Very reasonable price for a solid haircut. Have gone to them consistently over the last 7+ years and would recommend them. If you're looking for something simple at a cheap price this is the place to go. read more

Myself and my wife are a long time customer of this salon. Lady barber is friendly, professional and understands customer's preferences. She cuts hair nicely and we have never experienced any difficulties here. Good for kids too. Highly recommended. read more

I can't say enough about the quality, professionalism and courtesy that the staff at Hair Reflection Salon have given me during many visits. I am rather particular about how my hair is cut (don't want a bad hair day every day until it grows out), I have to say the Tram and her staff are personable, skilled and attentive to detail. Trust their service and love their prices. Simply the best! read more

Worst experience. The lady is not listening what you say, what ever she feels she will do it. Enjoy! read more

Awful service. I went in there for just a simple trim and hair dye (nothing too extravagant - just to dye my gray roots) but instead I sat in there for 2 hours and received anything but what I asked for. The salon had only three workers present - it appeared that they were family members - a sister and brother working alongside their mother (all adults with an elderly). The woman sat me down at one her chairs and asked me what I wanted. When I told her my request, she looked dumbfounded and stared at her dye selection for about 15 minutes before she found one that matched my hair color. I also noticed that she was using the same disposable latex gloves for every customer. The apron she placed on me was even more dirty and was covered with powder from the last customer. When she finally started to treat my hair, she used very unconventional and ineffective methods to apply the dye. After several long minutes, she remarked gleefully at how the dye didn't turn my hair red. The reason being - the dye was NEVER APPLIED. I still have the same grey roots that I went into the salon with. The entire process took 2 hours and cost 66 dollars (without tip). I wasted even more time at checkout when she forgot to replace the register tape (thus couldn't print a receipt) and had to call my credit card to cancel the transaction. In short, this salon was the worst experience my hair or I have ever been through. If you wish to preserve your sanity and money go to a more hygienic and professional place. read more

I used to go to school in Boston, and a friend recommended this place, I am very particular about my hair as many different places are unable to cut "Asian hair" properly leaving jagged edges and uneven sides. It is very easy to overlook errors and mistakes to those unfamiliar with this type of hair but as I was getting my haircut I noticed the attention of detail present which was lacking from every other barber shop I've ever been to. I've searched high and low for the best barber shop, and this place was my go-to spot, the haircuts were consistent every time I went there, well worth every $10 tip. read more

Very disappointed! The lady was in a rush so she could take the next customer. She kept getting annoyed with my 8 year old because he was not keeping the head as straight a she wanted and told him that she was delaying her for the next customer. Then she poked him with the scissor tip while going too fast, caused some bleeding and refused to take responsibility. read more
