I gave it a try knowing I took a chance as this is a new service they provided and it is very close to my house. I never expected to be missing part of my eyebrow as a result that is now not growing back and I have to consider alternatives like microblading so I can fill in the missing hair. Apparently, all of them were newly trained but clearly not well enough. They follow an instruction sheet as they are doing it. As someone who has done lamination many times, the girl who did my lamination said some questionable things during the process. For example, a vital part of lamination is the after care which I received zero information on. I would have been okay with that had my eyebrows been fine. Instead they have thinned out completely and my left is missing a part of the eyebrown that I now have to pencil in every day. It is very clear that they are doing this without solid training in the hopes that it turns out okay. Even when I went back to show them, the second girl had to follow the instruction sheet to see what might have gone wrong and seemed unsure of herself. Super disappointed that I have to now deal with the aftermath of how to get my eyebrows looking back to how they were before.

Before I even sat down I confirmed they could remove ingrown toenails, the gentlemen' doing my nails did not know how to remove them and asked for one of the other techs help she rudely stated she would not be doing that because she couldn't and I said that's why I asked first in which I was told yes , I had to take them out myself while there no one once offered to assist we were there for about 4 hours and our nails and toes look horrible. The guy doing my pedicure burned my legs with the hot rags and cut and burned my toes with the drill., I left with product left on my legs My daughter got a full set and they are thick and chunky and all uneven. I myself also got a full set and mine are all different lengths and uneven. I had to take the file myself and do them because they did not know what they were doing. I've even called different massage places and nothing. This was the only one that had a therapist available. I've never been to this place so I thought I'd give it a shot also and I've been to numerous different massage places here in AZ.. My therapist was so nice. Unfortunately I couldn't remember her name. She asked me what did I need or what can she worked on. I explained to her that to mainly focus on my back. My shoulders and upper back were very tight. With the type of job I have. My lower back hurts really bad too so I told her to focus on that as well.. She asked what pressure and I told her medium. As she was working on me, her pressure was okay. The massage overall wasn't that very great. Especially, the part where she massaged my hands and arms. I felt like I couldn't feel much pressure. I'm not sure how long she's been doing massages but I honestly felt like she wasn't doing it for very long.. At the end of the massage, she asked how I was feeling. I told her good. I didn't want to be rude because she was so nice. The receptionist asked if I wanted to schedule another session. I told her no. I honestly think this was one of the worst massages I've ever had. For non member I paid $85. I still gave my therapist a $20. She was really nice. Definitely not worth coming back though for a massage. My back is still in pain. . and felt like I didn't really get a massage :(
