I try to come every few months for a relaxing facial. My experience today was not as pleasant as my other two visits. I've been trying out different estheticians to see which one I like best for my facial. I booked at a certain time to try one a specific esthetician only for a different person to be there on the day of my appointment, saying the original esthetician is doing massages all day. I guess my visit must have been one of the earlier ones bc there was no one water available; it's usually in the lounge area. As it was early in the day, I was surprised that there were no slippers my size (7), the tissue box was empty at the counter in the changing area, and there was nearly no toilet paper left. I hope these are all anomalies because my prior two experiences were more pleasant. Overall I'd give this place a 4/5 but if today had been my only experience there, it would have been a 3/5.
