A few of us were a little bummed that our curls didn't hold but pretty sure it was because of the extreme humidity from that day plus a little rain. I ended up re-curling parts of my hair in the afternoon before the ceremony. I had also had a few prior appointments here to have highlights done and of course my bridal hair trial. Each time I saw a different stylist and they are all such wonderful ladies! I truly felt relaxed and welcomed each time. I loved going to get my hair done! One note of improvement would be being able to receive a printed or digital receipt with itemized charges. I felt confused on what I was paying sometimes and then a second charge was from my tip each time. Wish their systems could be combined so there's one charge and an easy way to access my receipt as their prices online are pretty vague.

I am temporarily in Prior Lake. I called ahead for a shampoo and blow dry. I've been very, thus hard to do. The woman was very nice and put me down for shampoo. 30 minutes later, the nice woman had vanished. I was called and asked, twice, how much take off? I explained wanted a shampoo. She pointed to down and said "it busy, we have to wait" I say fine, while WE WAIT I will use the restroom. I returned in 3 minutes to find my stylist replaced me and was cutting a man's hair ( he is NOT going to be happy) I confronted her, then told only person not busy what had just happened. I AM SO SOORY FOR THIS ACCENT, BUT ITS TRUE..the stylist started yelling "she go bathroom! She go bathroom" They were so busy, they were moving me to the END if the line. Remember we agreed it would be a wait and she was fine when I said I'm using the bathroom? I walked out. I dont trist haircuts, and now I can't even get a shampoo. I would recommend not going.
