The color that I walked away with is closer to the reference photos of what I didn't want. I walked out with brassy, warm, yellow, patchy and streaky hair when I requested light, ashy, cool tone, blonde highlighted hair. The color is not even, there is a distinct line patch in my hair that was not touched, and it made my hair incredibly dry and break off. The only reason I provided 2 stars instead of 1 is because when I brought my concerns to her regarding the color and feel, she gave me a two week window to reset the color darker.
