She gave me her card, took time to show me photos of her work, and talked about my hair color with me and how she would personally do it if I were her client. She was warm and welcoming! I called and made an appointment. At my appointment I had the most wonderful experience in a salon, I've ever had. April was friendly and talkative. She told me about her team bonding event she was taking her stylist to the following day. As a blonde with long hair I have paid outrageous prices for my salon treatments before. I left UpDo Down with an all over highlight, toner, wash, cut, blow dry, and style at $205 before tip, the cheapest I've ever walked out with! My hair was amazing! She matched my lightener perfectly, framed my face with layers, and did amazing beach wave curls. Salon was clean, sleek, and trendy. Parking is behind the building.
