My work schedule is four random days of the week that I receive in six week cycles, the schedule is usually posted about two weeks or less prior to the new schedule starting. Their solution is to tell you to book ahead so that it will be easier to reschedule you but often they actually still have no openings so then they try to bounce you around to stylists consistently, never once been offered a phone call if someone cancels or anything like that. Their services are pretty expensive and the last two times I have hated how my hair looked leaving including the time I asked for a face framing trim and left with little strands chopped to about two inches like a bang that I now have to grow out. Also while processing no one ever checks on me I just sit there twiddling my thumbs hoping it's processing appropriately while my stylist hides in the back. When I called to cancel stating I wouldn't be back they weren't even curious as to why so here we are. I wish them luck but the customer service needs a serious glow up

Social distancing and cleaning are in place and soon you are whisked away for your private consult with your stylist. I was fortunate enough to get Stephanie's chair for this, my first visit. How glad I did. Stephanie asked questions, listened, and provided exactly what my quarantine hair needed. The products she suggested were the ones I were going to ask about myself. It was Friday and I needed to have it done before Monday morning. But no one was available, no matter how much I pleaded. Then my friend had the idea to go to Lexington to Paul Mitchell. It is scary trusting a stranger but she said this was the best idea because of the instructors. How we, upon arrival a snow delay had canceled them taking walk ins. So I sat in my truck and started calling places. The nice woman who answers the phone was great. I don't know how she did it, but she got German to agree to take me at 6:30 pm(they close at 6pm). I was so scared but felt I would be more embarrassed if I went on TV so I showed up. I felt like whatever he thought was good, I would listen to him and I figured he would recommend the quickest way to fix my hair so he could head home. But he took no short cuts and spent a good amount of time doing the consult before beginning to get to work. The color is beautiful, the hair cut is beautiful. And I am so freaking grateful that these people went the extra, extra mile to help me, when no one else would. I am not joking when I say I spoke to 36 salons before coming across this place.
