I know…read moreit sounds judgmental, but you can tell a lot about a stylist based on the products they sell and use. Being that Loma is one of my favorite organic / natural brands unlike the stench of Aveda products; I stuck my head into her space and introduced myself and asked for cards. She was extremely warm and inviting, so based on this alone, I immediately started referring all our old salon clients to her. I have had my hair cut with her a few times; and each time I leave and have tons of compliments. Not only is she quick, but she's precise! She has blending techniques that only a seasoned stylist would know and use! I am so glad I found Sabrina. Her prices are beyond fair for the quality of cut and color you get.

She helped give me tips on how to take care of my hair and suggested doing a balayage to have my hair grow out nicely. Not only that, she's just an awesome person and super easy to talk to!

Heather has been my hairstylist ever since she was an apprentice at Joe Bae Salon in Bellevue and…read morehas always been such a joy to work with. When she opened her own studio, I was naturally going continue getting my hair done with her since there is no one else that knows my hair best! Just so you can get an idea of her skill and creativity, I have long, natural black hair. I also love to get vibrant colors on my head so I have not had my natural hair color in years. Because of this, each time I go to get my hair done, the roots must be bleached and sometimes leftover color pigment must be removed before I can put another color in. Sometimes I don't come to get my hair done for monthssss (way past the recommended 6-8 weeks for root touch ups) because my hair tends to retain color well and I'm ok with letting it grow out for a grungy look. She never cuts corners even if it takes 6+ hours to finish my hair (multiple bleaching sessions + hair mask + color + trimming dead ends + blow out). I've had trouble in the past with stylists not bleaching my hair properly or half assing colors because my hair takes FOREVER to do. I've never had that issue with Heather! If there is a color I want to try, she will give me advice on how we can make it happen. Sometimes if it's not possible, she will tell me alternatives. Some stylists will risk damaging your hair if you want to make a drastic change but Heather will always inform you about what your options are, on top of giving tips on how to manage your hair after getting it bleached/dyed. I also ask her for tips on how to deal with my sensitive and dry scalp, and she has always been able to get as least bleach directly on my scalp as possible ever since day 1 of knowing I had the issue! She is extremely accommodating to all her clients and will work with you regarding schedules/budget/style. All in all, Heather friendly and highly skilled! I highly recommend her! Pics attached so you can see the drastic changes we have made to my hair over the years.

I was always admiring a friends dreamy head of hair, had to know her secret for that healthy, shiny bounciness, color so beautiful and dimensional. Always looking super fresh & current. She told me it's all thanks to Audrey, her longtime best of the absolute best expertise in everything hair. Sol booked my first appt with her in the fall & have received so many compliments since from neighbors, friends & family. My dearest friend of decades actually told me it's my best hair yet! I agree. Today was my second visit with Audrey and I am in such awe of her gorgeous work and overall experience. She has the ability to get through the foiling process so quickly with amazing precision which amazes me what a breeze to sit through so comfortably. Color & cut take half the time with her than anyone else in my experience. She is a master at what she does. The products she carries are wonderful and make such a difference in the quality & health of my hair. Another thing that stands out to me is how genuinely likable Audrey is. She is warm & sincerely engaging, with so many interesting pockets of life to talk about. She actually feels like chatting with a sister or a best friend. An absolute gem.

Cindy Rochelle is AMAZING! She is definitely my new go-to!…read more I recently went platinum blonde in January (aka YELLOW at the salon and had to DIY time it at home myself) and came in thinking I'd get my roots bleached and most likely have to do the same (I have dirty blonde roots, but have never been platinum blonde before and thought maybe this was just the battle I would have to keep facing). In my head I always wanted the color to be more of an icy or ashy platinum blonde, not white, not yellow. Cindy was AMAZING with how gentle she was with my sensitive head and very detailed/specific with my color, checking very methodically as I was under the dryer. She styled it great and toned it to the shade I just wanted! I love the salon too, they have great coffee, a nice calm atmosphere, good music and everyone seems to enjoy being there. I wrote such a detailed post as I feel the experience is just as important as the product/result and I've gone to Gene Juarez and "The Shop" (right around the corner... they are talented, but the atmosphere is chaotic and the receptionist always has a bit of an attitude) for YEARS to only have mediocre experiences. Finally a salon AND a stylist I'm absolutely in love with! I would definitely recommend this salon if you are looking for an experienced, passionate and detailed stylist/colorist as well as a beautiful experience while you're there.

I always hate talking to hairdressers, but the owner was a pleasure to talk to, and she did a great job on the hair. One thing I like is that when she finished, I asked for some additional trimming (I've found this to be a risk). She immediately agreed to make the changes, and didn't rush through them. She took her time, and got it right instead of having her ego bruised. This place turned my crappy day into a much better day with much cuter hair :)
