I've been a longtime customer They have changed stuff…read moremultiple times in the last few months. I was approached and offered a new package offer that was only a couple days long I accepted said offer. The two individuals behind the counter did not know how to complete the transaction so they left a note on my account. And stated to me that their manager would be fixing it when she came in.. this was well over two months ago. I've asked about it multiple times and they stated that hadn't been fixed yet. To come to find out, said manager, never returned to the store because she was fired. And now that there's a new manager in place, the recanting set offer to me stating that the people they have trained multiple people in the last few months that the offer that was presented to me was incorrect. Now they want me to pay more money and have recanted the offer to me. I'm not exactly sure how it is that I was offered something via a business I accepted the offer it was promised to me it was a deal. Now they are recalling it I am unsure how exactly that is my issue as a customer??? Very disappointed in their business practices and their customer service or lack there of!

Most places will start treating you differently if you don't want to sign up for the best memberships or have concern. The lady heard me and told me the first tan was free, and then showed me that I can sign up for texts and get another free tan. There was no mention of memberships or pricing or anything. I signed my little waiver and within 5 minutes got into a bed. She also gave me her recommendations, as I burn super easily, and I actually didn't come out burnt! It was super clean and I really liked the vibe of the room! Solely because of this treatment, I'll never go to another tanning salon, and I'm more than happy to come back often and pay full price! I completely understand that businesses need to make money and a profit, but this marketing is better than just handing someone a list of prices and trying to convince them to choose the most expensive one. The kindness and understanding goes a really long way

This store is located in a strip mall and has a decently sized parking lot. I had been to one of these stores years ago and to my surprise they still had my information in their system. I was informed of all my options and the attendant helped me choose what was going to be best for me. I paid and was taken back to start the process. Everything was explained very well to me and I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. I was very pleased with my results and would definitely do it again. This location also has several different tanning beds from lay downs to stand up beds. They offer a variety of packages as well as any tanning lotion you could ever want. The attendants are very informative and educated in all they have to offer. I would highly recommend coming here for your tanning needs.
