So I basically paid two hair designers . I usually pay around 150 with my regular and a little less with a stylist in Brownsburg. I had a silver blonde with a dark root done on my hair. My hair was already blonde so it didn't take long to turn silver platinum. I asked them about the large amount and her friend( Maggie) said they are aloud to charge anything they want.... OK! I was only 5 minutes late and SHE WAS ALREADY GONE! The other lady working in the salon said "She thought you weren't coming, so she left to run an errand." What kind of person, does not give a new client a 5-minute grace period?! It was even less than that, because she was already gone when I arrived. I started to wait for her to return but then decided I was not going to give someone like her my time or my money. If she doesn't even have the patience to wait less than 5 minutes (for a new client, new to the area, to find her way); who knows what she would have done to my hair. If she was concerned that I wasn't coming, why didn't she call my phone to verify?! There is a reason this salon has a low rating... very poor customer service. If that is how they treat customers (the other lady was not at all sympathetic or apologetic); they shouldn't be in business.

I asked the hairdresser on duty if that was correct and she said yes because she was the only one there and if I wanted to wait, maybe I could get in if nobody above me showed up. I wasn't happy about it but I then waited for her to finish with the two children that she was currently helping and then she disappeared in the back for about 20 minutes. Of course as soon as she finally showed back up the person one spot above mine showed up and he then got my spot. I was basically told that it wasn't her problem because she was the only one there. I let her know that I would never be returning. This company has plenty of competitors that I can give my business to.
