Kelly, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming, and Mindy did my Bio Gel nails. They came out so good! One of my nails ended up breaking, but Mindy fixed it for me with no problem at all, which I really appreciated. The salon is clean, bright, and really pretty. The massage chairs are beautiful, too! They also have an ATM inside, which is convenient. Everyone was so nice and I had a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

Another technician who was working on someone else's nails was talking on her phone the whole time which I found to be unprofessional. My mani pedi was basic and with regular polish was $55 which was kinda pricey. I paid with Zelle to avoid the 4% fee they charge if you use a credit card. Although my technicians were friendly, I wouldn't return. I wanted my nails done for my wedding and if you don't look too closely, my nails look fine.

Before they started, I explained to both of them exactly what I wanted. They gave me a booklet with their services and prices, and I specifically pointed to the "Additional Specials" section. I told them I wanted the $7 French tip on my toes and the $7 nail design, and they both said okay. Toward the end, after both my toes and fingernails were finished, I even said, "This is a great design for $7, thank you!" That's when Miley told me the design was actually $20, not $7. I showed her the booklet THEY had given me, which clearly showed the $7 price, and she told me those were their old prices. I found that extremely frustrating because I had specifically pointed to the booklet when explaining what I wanted. If those prices are outdated, customers should not be given that booklet, or they should be told about the price difference before the service is performed. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the tipping situation afterward. I was asked about tipping, and Simon specifically asked me to check whether I had sent her tip through Zelle. I wanted to tip through my card instead because Zelle was a hassle, especially since I was already annoyed about the unexpected price change. Overall, my nails turned out great, but I personally will not be returning because of how the pricing and communication were handled. My advice if you come here: ask exactly how much EVERYTHING will cost before they start, even if the price is written in the booklet they give you. I would also recommend writing down the quoted prices in your Notes app so there is no confusion at the end.
