I found Kenzo through a quick Yelp search and chose it based on the pricing and proximity to my house. It was tough to find at first at the salon is actually up the stairs in side the building on the corner downtown. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and checked in to a bright, well kept space. My stylist, Liz, was very professional and kept great conversation the whole time - I could really tell she was passionate about her work. She was thoughtful in making her cuts and asked my preference for the blowout for my final product. I was pleased with the cut, a reshaping job she did to my hair. The session ended with a small gift bag with hair product samples, it was so cute. I was pleasantly surprised with the price as well - $52 for a cut and blow is the least I've spent on a salon appointment in years. It had been about a week an a half since my visit and I had received some unmarked mail at my apartment. When I opened it I was shocked to have received a handwritten thank you note from my stylist. Despite having an overall stellar experience before, this small gesture really solidified my positive experience ex Kenzo. I urge everyone in the northern Boston area to check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Every six weeks I go back to Kristen for what we call a "mini move-up," and every 12 weeks she completely removes and reinstalls them. They're easy to take care of, easy to style, and honestly so much easier than I ever expected. But beyond how great they look, the biggest difference has been how they make me FEEL. They helped me through my emergency by putting Lisa on the phone and I got to ask her questions so I could make it through the wedding without me having a hair malfunction.
