I left a message but no one called me back :( Called back the next day and was able to schedule an appointment for 3 pm. Arrived a few minutes early and was instructed that the stylist was running 15 minutes behind. Well I didn't actually get to the sink for my hair to be washed for ~30 minutes. In general, I enjoy the hair washing as it usually involves a nice head massage and is relaxing. Well this was FAR from relaxing. I felt like she was clawing my scalp with her nails, thankfully it only lasted a few minutes! Finally, I met with the stylist and told her I would like to keep the majority of my length but to cut it so that it was healthy. She was very receptive to my request and before she would cut more she asked if it was ok. So the cut went well. She asked if I wanted my hair "straight straight" or "straight with body". I opted for "straight straight" but the blow out fell a bit...well...flat. I think next time I require a hair cut I will seek my regular stylist.

I was running a bit late and they were very accommodating -- did not make me feel guilty (I already did that to myself). I was checked in by a very nice woman, completed the required paperwork, which I appreciated because it is professional to do this with services like laser and electrolysis, and proceeded to meet with the practitioner Linda. I just loved her! Really knowledgeable, personable, and experienced. I am someone who likes to understand everything and she is definitely an educator. She explained every step of what she would be doing, we decided on laser for my upper lip and electrolysis for my chin, which is exactly what I expected, and it went seamlessly. She talked me through the whole process and it was over quickly and painlessly I might add. I'm excited that I am finally taking care of these issues that bug me and that I am comfortable and confident in the service I am receiving. I highly recommend trying them. They are also a full-service salon, which I don't currently need, but I wouldn't hesitate to try other services if I did.
