The owners of Strada, Cabrina and Daniella, have been doing my hair for 10 years. Honestly, I…read morewouldn't let anyone else touch my hair. I drove over an hour from Philly to come to their new salon and it was absolutely worth it. The new space is beautiful - clean, airy, and spacious. Cabrina and Daniella are extremely welcoming; it's almost like they're welcoming you into their home I had a little trouble with the lighting so my "after picture" doesn't do her work justice, but I'm thrilled with Cabrina's work again. I like to have very cool ashy blonde highlights with a deep root and lots of dimension. I'm also in the midst of growing out a lob (my natural texture is wavy). Cabrina did hand painted baby lights, a root smudge, and a toner. One of the things I appreciate most about the quality of their work is that it grows in so well and lasts... Cabrina did my hair about 6 months ago (you can see it in the "before" pic) and it still looked pretty good, even after so much time. I also appreciate that they're thoughtful with their products - everything is effective, but my hair is never damaged. High quality - and I'm always happy with the results.

Such a disapointing experience. Had to wait 30 min for our appointment for my daughter- no apology…read moreor even a reason provided. The final color was entirely different from what was requested and when we asked for a correction we were told that there was not time but to go home and keep washing her hair - maybe try chlorine in the pool (???). Upon insisting that the color needed to be fixed (it was soooo harsh), we were then told to go home and use Dawn soap - which after spending money to go to the salon - seems quite insulting. We felt so uncomfortable with the way we were treated from when we walked in, we didn't go back for the corrective appointment. I have never been to a salon where they stylist didnt want me to walk out happy. Have reached out to management on two occasions to request a refund but no response.

If you want a terribly unreliable place for your hair, this is your place. Made an appointment…read morewith this place for an up do for my daughter's prom. Was booked with Peggy. Two days before the appointment, got a call from Peggy saying she was cancelling the appointment. Telling me she was the only person who could do up do. So glad she called me at lunch while I was out with 5 other work colleagues as they took note of where never to book due to an unreliability to deliver on their appointments. In the end, we found a much better place who had a prom specific for hair and make-up. This place should get more reliable workers who don't make up lies why they are cancelling appointments. Would not waste your time booking appointments for the cost this place charges. Much better places around town with more update facilities.

I was told there's a 10-minute grace period for appointments--but they called to cancel mine at 10:36 AM. I was literally pulling into the parking lot and was at their front door by 10:38. That's within the grace period. I explained I was right there and even offered to be flexible and leave the moment their next client arrived--just to get a quick blowout I really needed. But they refused, showing zero consideration or common sense. If you're going to advertise a 10-minute policy, you should honor it, not cancel clients before it even expires. This wasn't about time; it was about poor judgment and a lack of empathy. I won't be returning.
