I left in tears and woke up the next day still upset. After I sat down I showed my stylist the length I wanted. It was about to my clavicle. She started with the back and I couldn't see what she was doing. By the time she got to the sides where I could see it was too late. She cut it a full 2 inches shorter. My hair doesn't even touch my shoulders now. After I noticed I asked her to please hold off on cutting more. And she kept cutting. More upsetting was at the end she said I had to comb and style it a certain way otherwise it'll look uneven because she was compensating for my thin hair. Prior to this I was somewhat of a regular. I won't be returning! Just dropped my 16 year old daughter off for a trim (she "had" just below shoulder length hair), the stylist cut her hair above her chin line! When someone comes in with their 4 year old child after their husband messed up a buzz cut, in desperation to get it fixed around the forehead and the ears and you have a an empty studio with Stylist standing around in the back, and you say you can't take him; to do what would be no more then a 5 min job that is very disappointing. I went in for a simple shampoo and French braid. nothing about my visit was enjoyable. my shampoo was pointless and immediately made me annoyed, because she basically slapped some shampoo on and rinsed it. my hair wasn't brushed. And the braids were the sloppiest thing I've ever seen... I took them out before I even got to my car. And apparently I had their "best person for braids". AND my boyfriend got a haircut and absolutely hated it. HORRIBLE. read more

Maybe their good at cutting hair - maybe not. But what they are not good at customer service. I just entered the location 40 minutes before closing where there were two stylists & only one customer in the chair finishing up with a blow dry. I was told it was too late. Why? Because the one who wasn't working was expecting an appointment (and couldn't cut two heads in 40 minutes?) and the one finishing up was done for the day (with 40 minutes left). Just plain lazy. So, don't waste your money supporting lazy people. read more

Not sure why so many poor reviews, but I was nervous and sent my husband in first. He came out with the best cut I've seen him with yet! There's a part of his head where, for whatever reason, hairstylists seem to not cut short enough so it looks silly. Elisabeth got it tho! So, with that I ignored the reviews since seeing/experiencing yourself is much more reliable and made my appointment with Elisabeth. I wish I could say I was lying since I've been to many stylists over my 8 years in Florida, however I had the best cut yet and actually got nice compliments on it. I never got compliments on my cut, but would get it on my color...that's something so obvious tho compared to a cut. She gave me some movement and did it in a way it looks great whether I straight or curl it. Maybe I won't put off my next cut so long next time! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I literally received the worst haircut of my life here. Not only is the cut totally different from the pic i brought, it's also almost 4 inches shorter than it should be. The stylist smoothed my hair over and blew it out so I couldn't see the uneven hole on one side of my head. If I would have seen this, I wouldn't have paid. Twice during my 2 hour long haircut she asked her peers for help. I know the girl doing my hair hadn't been there long but shame on her peers who obviously saw the giant mess and did nothing to help. read more

Just walked out of this place extremely disappointed. I went in just to purchase shampoo and conditioner and not one employee acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. I should have read reviews here first. I went to get a shampoo and blow dry and my eyebrows waxed. The lady burned my eyebrows so bad and couldn't wait to get my hair dried. I had to go home to put some anti-burn cream. I have been waxing my eyebrows for 40 years and never had this experience. It was horrible. NEVER will go back again. They were not very professional nor friendly at all either. I should known better to walk away. read more

I went in tonight around 7:30 and there were 2 employees working. I was 1 if 3 customers with 1 being helped and another getting ready to be helped so I basically would have been next. There are ways to communicate that they are booked solid or they might not be able to see you. Instead of being helpful the woman was condescending and rude to the point where I walked out. After reading all these reviews about an "Ann" I wonder if it was here. It wasn't Kelly (the other employee) because she was with a customer and has helped me before and she is great. My suggestion is figure out how to balance workload. Great clips also does reservations but has a screen you can see and also kicks you off the list if you don't check in within 30 minutes of adding your name to queue. read more

Ann at the front desk was condescending and very rude. No one says hello as you come in (even when she is sitting at the front desk doing nothing) and then when she finally figures you need help, she is rude and condescending. The stylist was incompetent as an extra insult. Don't waste your money. Go to some off of Hwy 1 or further in before experiencing what my family did. Unacceptable. read more

Very rude employees. I have been here twice and both times they are very rude. I decided to try a third time and walked out because the lady at the front called Ann was very rude. She told me it was a 45 min wait so I agreed to wait. We wait 25 min and during this time she does no haircuts, is rude to the next 3 people who come in and then decides she can cut my 7 yr olds hair. Not only was I taken back by how rude and condescending she was to customers who come in, I was confused and upset. If she was going to cut my son's hair, why did she makes us wait.... Consistently bad service on my three visits for my 3 yr old son's haircut. I won't be returning. They are just too rude and even my 11 year old child looked at my last visit and said wow mom she was not nice. Also the last visit they completely messed up my son's cut. I am really starting to hate this place. I can not figure out how they work. I asked them 5 tumes if they make appointments, the answer is always NO. Yet I see them making appointments in front of me. So today, I walked in with 3 of my boys to get a haircuts there was one Lady waiting and I am told the wait is 45 mins. So, I asked to explain to me how does this place work. This lady was so condescending in explaining to me that some take appointments, some do not and that some just come in put their name in and come back. Called on Saturday 20 minutes before close and Alexa answered the phone. I explained I had a conference the next day and needed a hair cut and that I would be there 10 min before they closed and wanted to make sure that was okay. Alexa replied that it was fine as long as I was there before they close. I then drove their and got there 8 minutes before close and found the door locked! I then knocked and could see Alexa hiding in the back thru the station salon mirrors. Yes I said hiding. Once she thought I was gone she came back out because she had to clock out. I then knocked again and she opened the door and I asked her her name and she said it was Alexa and I said I said that I had called just 10 min before and she claimed she wasn't the one who took the call. She knows she was! She then said she couldn't cut my hair because she was the only one there. I told her I was irritated and that I would call their corporate and she said "Go ahead, I don't care what you do". I usually give grace on things like this, but she was rude. I am following up with their headquarters. BTW if you go, go to Elizabeth. She is great at cutting dudes hair! read more

I've had my hair cut here on a number of occasions, always a hit or miss with chain type salons. This last time, new stylist and asked to not cut short and leave over the ears...and low and behold, short and cut completely over the ear. Didn't listen to a word. read more
