I came to pick up my daughter and Jade the stylist was still working on her hair. No outgrowth had been done, no highlights on the whole head. My daughter showed a picture and the stylist claimed to not have seen it and yet my daughter said Jade took a picture of her picture! Jade claimed she was doing balayage which wasn't requested. Jade did a partial highlight and didn't use foil anywhere close to the scalp claiming she was protecting the virgin hair by leaving it out. This woman does not know what she is doing. I paid for a full head of light blonde highlights and my daughter left with three inches of outgrowth of obvious dark blonde hair and almost orange hair on the bottom. Terrible job! Don't go to this stylist. She is clearly under qualified and in need of further education, as well as a liar!

Usually when i go into a salon as a walk in, i have to wait quite a bit because i have long thick hair and they prioritize the easy cuts first. I didn't feel that way here at all! Ebony was extremely thorough with my shampoo and made sure to get any buildup out. She also had lots of great recommendations. I made sure to make a follow up appointment with her so i end up with her again!

He offered to fix it...and it became the 2nd worst haircut :( So, I was new in town, had a bad hair cut, and felt apprehensive about trusting anyone. After commenting on a friend's FB post about how hard it is to find a good hairdresser, a client of Jessica's reached out to me. She had recently moved out of the Orlando area, but suggested I see Jessica for a much better price and experience than compared to the other place I went. I was a bit apprehensive still and it took me over a month to finally make an appointment. But finally getting into the chair with Jessica was a breath of fresh air. She immediately knew what kind of style I was asking for: long and blended layers. She also asked how I would like the front framed and she picked up on one of my biggest issues with the last cut. A chunk of hair that didn't frame and looked chopped on only one side, she said she would get that blended and framed in. And she DID IT! My hair looks fantastic! Everything lays nicely and looks blended (as opposed to chunky layers). She had great suggestions for styling and products to address my frizzy and thick hair. She made my hair super soft and silky during the blowout. I definitely recommend Jessica and will be back to visit her for my next cut. My hair had never been washed so well - my scalp was tingling and she uses several products to give my hair what it needs. The salon is a refurbished house, very charming and inviting. Parking can be a bit cramped if it is busy because the parking lot is small and there is no street parking. One time I accidently missed an appointment but she was very gracious about it and did not charge me . I've been going there about 1 and 1/2 years. Everyone there is very pleasant and their customers all seem to be very satisfied.

Was seriously craving a perm and found this place!…read more I had walked by it one day when I was checking out H-mart and the interior was so sleek and clean. I went home and did my research and found out they do perms! I saw some reviews and reached out to see if they would be able to take me in. They responded promptly and I was able to come in right away. I want to preface by saying I had a conversation via text about what I wanted and the health of my hair. There were inspiration photos as well as photos of my hair to get a gist of things. But overall, it was discussed that it was possible to get the outcome I wanted. That being said, I went to the salon and got my perm. It was wavy but not as curly as I wanted. I left a little disappointed. But, paid and went about my day. The next morning, I woke up and my once wavy perm was just flat. I reached out to the salon to see if we could re-perm my hair because I wasn't quite content with the outcome. They responded quickly and were able to book me that day. When I got to the salon, I was apologetic for having to redo my perm, but they were so understanding and kind about the entire situation. They re-permed my hair and the outcome was everything I wanted! I was so happy. The curls came out beautiful and my hair is still very healthy despite being permed twice within two days. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. And thank you to John for taking care of me!
