I am sad to say that I will no longer be a customer here and I was a regular I came about One time every four weeks to get a haircut, a wash, and a style but today 4/16/2022 I decided to get a haircut a haircutery on Millville . First they messed up my hair one of the workers did not know how to do a hard part they did not give me my wash and wash the hair off of my head . Then they didn't even put product in my hair which I asked for and I have to go home and fix my haircut because they messed up I will not return here as a customer sad to say . I made a appointment they day before was taken in as soon as I got there... I got a cut color highlight and blowout... My stylist was Mattie she was very nice and attentive making sure I was comfortable and happy with results thru the whole process... It was a very nice experience it was also what I would consider very reasonable for the amount of work that was done to my hair... I hadn't felt like myself for a while it was nice to spoil myself.. I had an appointment that i made a month in advance and requested the day off of work to go. When I got there they told me it was cancelled because the stylist got Covid which i understand we are all human but they didn't call me or anything to let me know. I was in Mayslanding and rushed to get there just to find out it was canceled. super unprofessional will never return for a color service. read more

I went to the Millville location yesterday. I'll start by saying my hair dresser was about 75 years old, which would be fine if she didn't tell me she can't see due to cataract surgery. I scheduled for a partial foil not realizing that wasn't roots. They made me feel so stupid for scheduling something other than what I wanted. I explained that I needed my roots along with a few extra highlights to make my hair blonder. They brought me a book to pick a color, and each blonde I chose the older lady kept telling me it was white and I'd look like an old lady (like her was her exact words) and told me to keep picking a different color. I told her I want my hair MORE blonde. She assured me that it would be. After she was done I was so upset that I didn't even stay for the cut and style. My hair roots are still clearly not done , as she left a huge gap from the root to where she actually applied the bleach, and she made my hair DARKER. It is literally the exact opposite of what I asked for. I spent $115, and am going to have to get it redone. Money is tight right now, as I'm sure it is with everyone, and this just broke my heart. I wanted to treat myself for a change and just moved to the area. I have never had such a bad experience at a hair salon. To get the exact opposite of what I asked for (more than once explained I wanted MORE blonde) and then still be expected to pay for what I did not want. So basically, worst experience ever. I went to the hair cutter and a girl named janessa the worker was a talker and would offend with her personal attacks towards an individual. And then she tries to fix it calling you gorgeous. She might be beneficial if she does not talk. She makes people feel uncomfortable I don't think she gets it but I guess she does not realize she is being rude. read more

I'd give a zero if possible. I tried this place for the 1st time in August 2018. I got the "leader" which is supposed to mean expert stylist. You pay more. I really loved my color. Matched perfectly. It didn't cover all my gray, but still great. Then I got highlights. Not exactly expert, but honestly...pretty close. Haircut was average. The blow dry was fantastic the first time. Then.... my next visit I asked her to keep my touch up on longer to help with gray. She gave an extra 5 min. My color was so dark!! I thought it was the wrong color. Assuming my 5 min. May have been the culprit so I said nothing this last time. Well, I'm dark as can be now. She missed a huge gray spot on my forehead hairline. My height lights look I did them myself. Every visit she bullied me to into up charges that I did not want. I payed for them just to stop the bullying! I asked for warm water rinse bc cold water on my head gives me migraines. She remembered, but put scolding hot and then ice cold. Yes, I've had a migraine for 10 hrs. Now. I have 3 party's starting tomorrow and I have a patchy zebra stripe at the crown and only one side of my head has over processed streaks. No pony tails for me now. My roots are so dark. It's DEFINITELY not the same color. I have wedding pics to prove that. I'm SUPPOSE to be a blonde. This is like a reddish brown base. She only cares about her numbers, goals, and up-sells.
