I moved to Houston and couldn't get the same service or the same hair color anymore, always missing her. Now that I've moved back to Chicago, I didn't hesitate to reach out to her at her new salon. However, this time the work wasn't as good as I expected, and the charges weren't proportional to what was actually done. They did a partial highlight and toner, but no root touch-up, haircut, or blow-dry. I'm very disappointed with the work done.
