Booked an appointment this afternoon @ 1:00 pm......waited & waited....staff said nothing to me. Very poor customer service !!!!

Walked into store to get a haircut. And was told that there was no appointments available. The place was empty with only one employee working at 9:30 in the morning. It did not say anything n the website read more

Do NOT let *MUNDARA KISS* (Facebook handle) near you with anything sharp! I showed her reference pictures (including ones of my OWN haircut) of what I wanted done. I just needed a clean up since My hair is short anyway. Not only did she MESS up a basic haircut any stylist should know how to cut but she cut the back CROOKED, with clippers! See photos and do NOT ever go to chain salons like Hair Cuttery! They'll hire anything that breathes to cut hair! read more

I like my my cut BUT this is the most unwelcoming salon ever. You walk in and the waiting area is just plain, simple and outdated. The floors are dirty. The walls need a facelift, they are also dirty. Even the big portrait looks like it's from The 90's. And please don't get me started on how dirty the bathroom was. It was bad. Once I saw the bathroom, I almost walked out. The reason I stayed was because I read the reviews before I made my appointment. Cindy and Irina were the only two stylist there and they were both so nice. Irina did my hair and I loved her. She was kind, gentle and she's very talented. Would I go again? I'm not sure. Although I liked Irina, I didn't like that there was no front desk help so she has to walk away a couple times to help the people walking in. Which I understand but it's still took time away from my cut. It was also dirty, which I really didn't like. I mean there was even hair on the floor in the bathroom floor. The toilet was clearly not cleaned. It was just gross in there. I'm not sure I would return. It was on the cheaper side for a cut though. I paid $47 for a wash, trim and blow out. read more

I went through a hard, VERY hard loss recently with a close friend of mine who committed suic*ide recently.. and I went through a very tough depressive state... my hair was in KNOTS!!! And I mean literal knots.. it was hard for me to comb them out myself without damaging my hair anymore than what it was, and I have rather thinish hair due to bleaching it for a first time last year from another hair Cuttery I went to anyway, here's what went wrong... Aside the knots I just kept getting dirty looks, I mean from everyone, I was still going through it of course but I ultimately wanted the knots out wash it and a style cause it's what I paid for, but other than that I requested possibly get it highlighted and just looking nice for spring to up my spirits I've been through too many salons only to get turned down by how many knots I had... So she starts by take combs and most of them came out within 10 minutes but one knot stood on for about 30-40 minutes and because of where it was my hair was already quite short im talking a little below the shoulders that if I were to cut it I'd basically have a pixie cut which I was happily trying to avoid but the stylist just kept insisting and insisting I just cut it... and she just kept lathering oils and different hair products in my hair that at this point I don't even think she knew what she was doing, I was ready to just say give my the brush and I'll do it, so then she just brings me over to the hair washing station which felt like an eternity, and then back over to the station so she says I should just layer cut it, and I said fine my hair is now even SHORTER!!!! She took off literally almost 2 inches of my hair... so not exactly ear short but a little above shoulder length... which affects me.. I spent $80... $80 FREAKING DOLLARS just to get knots out.. not even blow dried and not even styled... PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I had Paulette cut my hair twice and it feels great. She takes her time and everything is nice and even so two thumbs up Whatever a barbershop does in one hour she does and 15 mins and I don't have the time to be spending in barbershops. Time is Money! read more

Rebecca was awesome. I had gotten a haircut I was really unhappy with last time somewhere else and she was partly making that right for me and she did a really great job. I am definitely very happy how that went. And she was also very nice to talk to as she was cutting my hair. read more

Today was just a simple haircut for me and I'm really happy with how it came out. I have Paulette as my hair stylist and she is just wonderful. She's a pleasure to chat with, she's open to your ideas of what you'd like to do with your hair, and she's more than willing to explain everything she's doing with your hair so you don't have to worry about a rogue haircut! I had my hair permed for the first time with her previously and she was so kind to explain to me how it all worked. I definitely go out of my way to come back and have Paulette as my stylist! read more

Hair Cuttery - Love my new haircut! Simple trim by Paulette, but I love how it turned out. - Hair Stylists Near Me - Cinnaminson, New Jersey

I would not go anywhere else or to anyone else but Jeanne . It's not just the fantastic hair Jeanne does but the information she gives to you. I've learned so many ways to take care or treat my hair . The knowledge she has on doing and how to care for blows my mind. When you walk Into hair salon you want that feeling of comfortability, well you got it with her. read more

Silvia seems kinda bitchy other than that.. nothing really special.. kinda pricey. I wouldn't recommend... that being said have been to worst places. read more

It was terrible experience for hair cutting. She becomes rude to serve me after seeing my long hair. She finished my hair cutting in 5 minutes. She does not properly clear head and face after hair cut. If they don't want to give service by simple word they can say No. She overcharged me for price like signature cut even she does not shampoo and condition hair. read more

This is in regards to an employee of the name Irina , she is incredibly rude and mean!!!!When I sat down with the stylist, I was explicit in my desires, that I only wanted a trim to prevent breakage. I also stated that I did not want a styled trim, as I do not wear my hair curly. As she began to cut, I noticed she was taking too much off, and styling my hair. I told her to stop, and stated you are taking too much off, I only want a trim. As she continued, I felt the tears well up, and my face became beet red. I really tried not to cry, but I felt so UGLY. This woman took off the little bit of length I was able to grow over the last 6 months. How embarrassing, as a woman over 30, I cried at the sight of my finished cut. read more

This is in regards to an employee of the name SILVIA, she is incredibly rude and mean. She kept rolling her eyes at my request and she had demanded that I get my hair washed even though I had washed my hair quite literally one hour prior. She kept looking at her other associates and rolling her eyes while laughing at me. I could not be more upset with the service that was offered to me here. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE BY SILVIA. Silvia is by far the rudest hair dresser I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I only know it was Silvia because she had business cards for her breeding business on her desk. Incredibly unprofessional and rude! I hope this store recognizes the amount of displeasure associated with the nonsense I have experienced today. read more

This is the second time I have been burned by this place. For the second time they have repeatedly overcharged me for a simple blowout. Two years ago I went into this Cinnaminson, NJ Hair Cuttery at The Cinnaminson Shoppes for a simple blowout and was treated rudely and bullied by a "stylist " who preceded to disregard my request for a simple blowout and overcharged me, I left with wet hair. Fast forward to 3/24/17: I figured I would give them a second chance and came in for a simple blowout. The girl that took me, who had some kind of blue lip or chin(?) ring , fine, whatever, proceeded to take 10 mins to wash my hair. I told her I just wanted plain shampoo and a small amount of conditioner. It took her FOREVER! But the best was yet to come: the blowout. She took 50 mins. to dry my shoulder length very fine, straight hair. I finally told her politely that I had another appointment that day and I needed to leave very soon. She finished 10 mins ( altogether an hour) later. Unacceptable! At other Hair Cutteries it usually takes them 15 mins ,tops, for a blowout for me. Then she proceeded to charge me $28 for the blowout. At every other Hair Cuttery in NJ I only pay $17 for a blowout. This was highway robbery for terrible service! Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on them! Unless you want to be OVERCHARGED and UNDERSERVED, DO NOT go to HAIR CUTTERY AT Cinnaminson Shoppes in Cinnaminson, NJ. read more
