She's been doing my cuts and color for 5 years now, and she's consistent and quick. She double books but does such an amazing job that you don't feel "left out" or awkward while your hair is processing and she's cutting someone else. She can do simple highlights all the way to pretty rainbow colors, and even balayage and "oil spill hair". With trims, she ACTUALLY trims and doesn't hack too much off. I've made the mistake of going to others when I'm in a rush and need someone close by, but I always end up coming back out to Steph. She's worth my hour drive. She's not sooo horribly booked that you can't get in for a quick trim or blow out, and you can call OR text her to get in.

Madison at BB 63 is a life saver!…read more I had recently decided to try a new salon (since my regular gal got crazy busy over at Lemongrass), so I went to a one-man salon on Magnolia, because he had great reviews! Unfortunately, although the guy was incredibly sweet, I asked him to give me a natural blonde balayage (that would fade well since I can't afford to go every month) and I got super chunky, brassy orange highlights. It looked like I had let my hair grow out for months, even thought I had just left the salon and paid nearly $175 (that included a hair cut as well, which he actually did really well so I can't complain about that). I was going to ask him to fix it, but he kept gushing over how "incredible it was" and how much he loved it, so I felt it would have been really awkward for me to say how much I hated it. So, immediately after I left, I frantically called around to other salons seeing if they could fit me in so late in the day, and most said no. Then I called BB 63, and Madison answered and told me to come in as soon as I could. Long story short, she took what looked like 3 months of new growth with chunky highlights and turned it into EXACTLY what I wanted. Needless to say, she now has a customer for life!

After having my hair done for years, 3 to be exact, by a friend in my own home (who had done a…read morewonderful job no less), I decided it was time to grow up. I needed a real salon and a beautician! Scalp massages and sink chairs! I yelped salons in Ft. Worth near me and bb63 has good reviews. It's also pretty close to me house. I check the website and low and behold! Magic! I can get little resumes AND book online for each of the stylists. Fancy. I chose Reya as my beautician as she mentioned she has experience with fine hair. It was like the hair heavens opened up and spoke to me. She was also available evenings! Even better, when I called Reya the day of she could take me earlier than we originally scheduled. My hair looks about 100 times more healthy now that she has cut it. She shaped it, trimmed it but took into account my desire to keep length, gave me a glass of wine, chatted with me, and ensured that I will be a repeat customer. Oh and it was a really good price. Go see her! This review by the way was not "paid for" by the small 15% discount you get if you Yelp for the record. I enjoyed it with the discount but I'll keep coming back even without it.

After we discussed about the color I wanted which was ashy brunette and after I agreed with the picture, Taylor proceeded to start working on my hair. My balayage color didn't turn out ashy at all but blonde and Taylor suggested I come back for touch up for toner after 2 months. I am not satisfied with the result as color was not what I wanted. If I had known that it would need more than 1 treatments, then I didn't have to take risk to drive to Arlington, I would have gone to my regular salon.

She also recommended that I get hair extensions for the big day to achieve the look I was hoping for and she was right! (of course!) She also noticed that the color in my hair was not at it's best for my wedding day so she recommended that I get some toner - which also did an amazing job creating my dream updo! I would recommend Breann 100 times over! Absolutely use her for you wedding or any of your hair needs!
