She took the required photos and measurements of my abdomen which is the area I was targeting. I made an appointment to have the procedure performed and was assured of noticeable results. The entire procedure took approximately 2.5 hours. I was to return in 90 days for my follow-up visit, which I did. More measurements and photos were taken for comparison. I was very dissatisfied with the results. The technician on this visit was different from the original. When I voiced my dissatisfaction I was told the person that did the procedure (who by the way was no longer employed with them) used the wrong applicator. At this time I asked aren't all the technicians trained on which applicators to use for which procedure? She said she couldn't speak for the other technician. She then attempted to Re-Sell me for an additional procedure which was at a cost of more than the original one. Buyer Beware!
