She is a true artist when I comes to making your hair look fabulous. She has her own private suite in a building in an upscale strip mall where other stylists also have their own private rooms. I'm not the type who likes to linger for half a day in a salon, and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. She was very personable during my appointment, and very fair in her pricing. I'm so glad to have found Laura (thanks to the other reviews here on Yelp), and will definitely be coming back regularly!

It's so nice being able to trust someone with your hair color who not only listens to your direction but has an inherent intuition about how to make hair look awesome. I was trying to go from a warmer blonde to a white platinum and another stylist totally botched the process -- my mom actually sent me to Jon Carlos, and he saved my hair and transformed it to the beautiful platinum I had originally wanted. He's incredibly knowledgeable about all things hair and has so much experience -- he knew how to take my hair to where I wanted it to be without damaging it, and was great about communicating throughout the whole process -- including where we could go in future sessions and how I could maintain my hair in between. Honestly so happy every time I leave here, which is how you should feel when you get your hair done. The individual salons are private and a nice perk -- clean, easy to get to, private and relaxing. Good music too :)

The owner, Danielle, refused to take accountability for these clear application errors, instead blaming my hair history and even the complimentary wine they served me. I've been getting these for years in Maryland, and this one was the absolute BEST! Candice asked me what end result I was looking for, and tailored the application to give me some body.
