She took care of my color and cut in exactly 3 hours, which was 2 hours shorter than the original quoted time. Such a relief!! My second stylist, Jessica, had always been pleasant & professional until the last visit when she unexpectedly assigned the task of removing my bleach to another staff member. This person accidentally sprayed bleach into my eyes while rinsing my hair, & I realized too late that Jessica was not the one handling my treatment. She had delegated this critical part of the process without consulting me, which was completely out of character for her. I confronted Jessica while she was attending to another client, expressing my dissatisfaction with her decision to let someone else take over without my consent. This was a departure from her usual practice of managing the entire process herself. When the manager approached me, she presented an incident report and inquired if I needed medical assistance, which I declined due to potential costs. I requested the salon's insurance information, but she refused to provide it, insisting she couldn't give me money, which I never asked for. Her inability to handle the situation appropriately further highlighted the unprofessionalism I encountered, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the salon's management. It's common knowledge that businesses maintain insurance policies to shield themselves from liability. My boyfriend asked the manager if she could provide cream for my face in case the bleach caused irritation, but she responded rudely, stating she couldn't help. Prior to that, while waiting for me in the lobby, he was informed that phone calls were not allowed inside & that he needed to step outside. Ultimately, she asked us to leave the premises, displaying a rude & anxious demeanor, even threatening to call the police. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially after an incident where bleach, water, and shampoo were splashed into a client's eyes. When I returned for that appointment, my hair was instead colored back to my natural dark brown, completely removing the balayage. This was not what had been explained to me, nor what I had agreed to. When I expressed my concerns, the response from the staff was unkind and dismissive, and there was no willingness to take responsibility or offer a meaningful solution. No effort was made to correct the situation or acknowledge how upsetting this experience was. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank because the salon was unwilling to work toward a fair resolution, and I will now need to find another salon to perform a color correction. I got a young woman who had some really weird art on her nails, and she seemed to be very concerned about her nails when washing my hair. Not all of my hair was wet, the base of my scull was still dry. She combed it all straight and just cut along the bottom. Then she put a bunch of product in my hair and blow dried it, after that, she brushed it straight and trimmed it up again. I have had many haircuts and have not had layers in my hair and probably 20 years. But they did not start with cutting in layers on my hair. My son said it looked a little uneven in one spot in the back. You can see in the picture that on the right there is a little bit of a longer spot than the rest of it.
