It's amazing to me of just how good I feel about myself again! She is a true professional, and we discussed what to expect before I did it. Pam is very reasonably priced, and truly makes me feel like a million bucks when she is done. On top of her incredible talent with hair, I enjoy our conversations too! I had a really disappointing experience here. I left a review, deleted it, but I changed my mind. I…read morewant people to know. I scheduled an appointment online and was contacted by Jaz two hours before my appointment to cancel. She rescheduled for the next day. Jaz again canceled two hours before my appointment. At that point, I wouldn't be able to find another salon for the interview I wanted to cut my hair for. Anyway, so Jaz offers me a free deep condition. I tell her I'd rather a discounted haircut and that I don't use conditioner. She agrees. I will go ahead and spoil this by saying she did not give me the discount and did put conditioner in my hair after saying she was "just wetting it" when I told her I'd already washed my hair. I had a specific inspo in mind. I'd been growing my hair out for it. I wanted a Ramona Flowers type thing but with a blunt cut because of my hair type. Jaz sloppily stuck two pieces up and when she cut them they were super unevenly distributed. One was made of like 5 hairs and one was thick like I wanted. She blamed it on my cowlick which makes no sense. I went home and cut it. I was a little disappointed but whatever. Until I realized later that the conditioner had been hiding a pretty not blunt cut otherwise. I am so upset. It was an expensive cut, she made me wait like a week beyond my appointment for it, didn't give me my discount, and when I contacted her to tell her that I didn't like it, she said I could rebook. As if I'm giving her another $50. And mind you, she took like 30 minutes on it! No time at all. I have no idea what I did to this lady. Invest in a three way mirror, y'all. Customer service is down the drain.
